Brigantine is an ideal vacation spot along the New Jersey Shore. Being an island, Brigantine is physically separated from the crowds, noise and congestion form the main land. Tourists that do not live in Brigantine do not typically travel to the beach.
Unlike many beaches in the area, Brigantine boasts a large, wide pristine beach from end to end. The island has a long stretch of dunes along the front of the beach, creating a natural buffer between the beach and all of the nearby homes, and providing a much more tranquil environment as compared to the other beaches along the New Jersey coastline.
At the same time, the island is less then a mile from the Borgata & Harras Hotel & Casino, and only minutes from the other casinos, restaurants, shopping and other attractions in Atlantic City. This provides Brigantine direct access to all of the activities in the region, without any suffering in the traffic that has increased annually for those travelling to A/C from the surrounding beach communities.
Located just minutes away from the action and excitement of Atlantic City lies 3,100 square feet of luxury living. Nestled in this peaceful, family-friendly beach community just 6 properties from the beach, this 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath home provides every amenity imaginable.
This is a newly-constructed town home (completed January 2006) that offers ocean views that can be enjoyed from any of the three decks which can be accessed by sliding glass doors. It comfortably accommodates 12-14 people and the layout is perfect for a large family or two families with bedroom suites on the 1st and 3rd floors. The second floor offers an open floor plan perfect for entertaining, with a large, first class kitchen that opens into a 22’ x 20’ Great Room with comfortable seating for 12 and a separate dining area.
There is a one car garage plus, two private parking spots in the rear and plenty of on-street parking in front. Situated on the beach block just a few hundred feet from the beach, the property allows for safe, easy walks to the beach along the public decked walk way that leads directly to a life guard protected swim area. The property is also just two blocks from a park with tennis, roller hockey and basketball courts, swings, play fields and miniature golf.
No detail was spared - from the hardwood floors, to the custom tile bathrooms; the whirlpool tub in the Master Bathroom to the separate his and hers walk-in closets in the Master Bedroom; the giant Great
Room with 50" projection television and game table to the custom kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar. All the finishes are "first-class"!
INCLUDED: telephone, Comcast digital cable and high-speed wireless internet access, 4 televisions (including a 50" HDTV Sony Wega Projection TV in the Great Room), 4 DVD players (3 are combo DVD/VCR), beach chairs, beach umbrella, and toys. There are two additional Aero Inflatable Beds for additional guests. There is a propane gas BBQ grill, and the kitchen is stocked with ample cookware and dishware as well as a convection toaster oven and blender. The house is child friendly with a high chair and pack n play for our very young guests. There are also plenty of games, puzzles and books for those rainy days.
