This was a wonderful condo for our stay on Maui. A lovely setting in a beautifully landscaped complex, across the street from one of the best beaches on Maui. My sons enjoyed snorkeling at Kamaole Beach, as well as swimming. Ten minutes from the best body surfing and bikini beach - Makena Big Beach. Plenty of good restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Groceries and shopping a short drive. The condo itself was lovely - cool and breezy in the heat, a private lanai, BBQ grill outside. Clean, well-equipped kitchen, extra blankets and pillows, beach gear to borrow. Beds were comfortable, shower was great. Nice pool, laundry, friendly neighbors, quiet neighborhood. We would be delighted to stay there again, and recommend it to all our friends. Several other condos available for rent in the same complex would make it a great setting for our next family reunion!

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

I absolutely love this condo! It's in a great location...right across from an amazing beach. It has beautiful landscaping,it's super clean, comfortable and quiet. The owners have thought of everything you will possibly need...from boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, beach towels and chairs to an excellently equipped kitchen, to maps and things to do on the island. I have been to Maui twice and stayed at the condo both times...I plan on returning in the near future and wouldn't think of making any other place my home for the week. I arrived a tad bit stressed...I left renewed and rested. The comfort of Kihei Kai Nani #245 and the beauty of the island did the trick!

This condo is in a great location -- right across the street from Kamaole Beach 3, with easy access to Wailea and Makena; being so close to the Kihei Boat Launch made catching the Molokini snorkel cruise effortless. Of course, most condos in Kihei have those characteristics, but the best thing about staying at Kiehi Kai Nani #245 is what’s inside! Not only did we have the best stocked kitchen of any condo we’ve ever rented, we had recreational gear galore: masks, snorkels, fins, boogie boards, beach chairs, mats, towels, etc. And when we were finished playing outside, we could use the blender to make iced drinks and listen to CDs, watch DVDs, play board games or just relax in the quiet that the location of this condo provides. One of our morning rituals this last trip was walking along the beach to our favorite coffee shop, grabbing some coffee and then people-watching. We cooked most of our meals at the condo and never had an experience where we needed some food-related gadget that we couldn’t find in the condo – from spices and condiments to little baggies to serving dishes to numerous ice trays.Although we loved our time at the beach and in the water, we still found time to hang out at the pool. Truthfully, doing the laundry is almost fun when you can be playing around in the pool while your clothes are being washed.I’m sure that we’ll be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Kihei Kai Nani. I have been to Maui now about 8 times. I first stayed at KKN when I was 2 years old and came back 21 years later and then again this year. It has a special place in my heart as it holds great memories of my family and my time in Maui. KKN Condo #245 was great to stay in! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a great stay. It was not posh or ultra modern but it holds a great 'homey' feel and you don't feel like you are staying in a hotel. I loved it and will be back soon!

Kihei Kai Nani 245 proved to be a perfect location for our ten-day stay. Several parks with beaches are across the street; internet access is a short walk away; parking was close, making the car readily accessible for trips to Maui's many sights, restaurants, beaches, shops, etc. The condo itself had everything we needed for a relaxing visit - we'll be back!

What a great place to stay! Clean, convenient, quiet, and the price is right. The unit is furnished completely for everything the average visitor needs. The location is excellent; close to shopping, restaurants, and the many wonderful Kihei beaches. We are coming back!

Location, location, location. #245 is a two minute walk to a sandy and beautiful beach. Sunsets were amazing! The condo was clean and well-stocked. We were thrilled to see how much beach gear (mats, boards, snorkels, coolers) was available. The kitchen was great. We made tea every morning and cooked all of our meals there. The grill was a bonus and located only a few yards away from the condo. King-sized bed was comfortable and it was fun being woken up "gently" by the birds. We went snorkeling around the Kam beaches (across the street) and saw a huge sea turtle and tons of fish. We also checked out La Perouse and a few others beaches. There were a few guidebooks in the condo about Maui and Hawaiian fish that were great - they were better than the one we brought. Our only costs were groceries and a rental car. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful place. We have already talked about returning!

We enjoyed our stay at Kihei Kai Nani #245. The condo was in an excellent location and was very comfortable. The condo complex is quiet and well maintained. The beach across the street is great for families. The owner is highly organized and easy to work with.I highly recommend this condo.
