Villa El Sueno de Ocotal (Ocotal's Dream) is a Neo-Spanish, brand new construction, located within 6 minutes walking distance to Ocotal beach, overlooking the Pacific Ocean which suspends you between the paradise of the land and heavenly skies. Ocotal Beach (playa Ocotal) is an exclusive and secure residential area located on Gold Coast, Costa Rica's sunniest region, in the Province of Guanacaste. Villa El Sueno de Ocotal features four comfortable bedrooms, a large, self contained two rooms separate apartment as well as a self contained 3 bdrms apartment. All rooms offer commanding view of the ocean. Each bedroom can accommodate two persons in either, queen or two separate twin beds size. The apartments feature full equipped kitchens, a king size bed and a queen size foldable sofa, and the other one a king size bed, 2 queen and a twin size bed. All units are provided with silent A/C, private luxurious bathrooms with hot and cold water, and TV sets. If required, additional foldable beds may be provided. The bedrooms open on to a distinctive swimming pool, with a spectacular ocean view.
By request, we can provide hearty breakfast in our elegant gazebo, surrounded by a lush garden. Or if you enjoy cooking exotic meals use one of two fully equipped kitchens. As an alternative, we also offer “all inclusive” plans. The design of our villa allows separate rental of each room or group rental up to 20 persons. For guests’ convenience and comfort, the owners live in a separate next door house. They are permanently available to respond to the guests’ needs with discretion and respecting the guests’ privacy and full enjoyment of the premises.
The International Airport of Liberia is located 30 minutes away from our Villa, with regular flights by AA, Continental, Delta, Air Canada and more than 50 charter flights a week. Guanacaste is unquestionably a privileged land with impressive volcanoes, a mixture of dry and rainy forests, waterfalls, beautiful countless variety beaches and amazing preservation parks. There are endless tourist activities including horseback riding, hiking, canopy tours, rafting or sailing. Access to word class sport fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling. Best golf courses in Central America.
