Nestled amongst the evergreens and wildlife in the Colorado Rockies this wonderful town home is only minutes away from Winter park Resort! Three bedrooms, four baths with every bedroom suite having a private bath! Sleeps eight including the comfy high quality sleeper sofa! A Similar townhome is available for rent only a few doors away accommodating 18 in total-call for details and availability! One car heated attached garage is a great place to warm the ski boots, dry the jackets, store the ski's and of course park the car out of the snow!
Located in the town of Fraser and serviced by the Free Winter Park shuttle this townhome is a great place to relax! The Shuttle stop is located only 10 yards away! This fabulous mountain retreat is only two miles to Winter Park Ski Resort, ten miles to Granby and 18 miles to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Denver International airport is only one and a half hour drive along 170 highway! A variety of shops are located in both Fraser and Winter park with safeway only minutes away for the forgotten dinner items!
Come experience the unique luxury completely different to most rentals available! This kitchen is to die for with Hickory cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel high-end appliances! This kitchen has been fully equipped with everything a gourmet chef requires from the deluxe waffle maker, Gas BBQ, 16 individual coffee maker, titanium pots and pans, all small kitchen appliances and utensils-nothing was forgotten! A great entertaining place to hang out with friends and cook a gourmet meal or quick breakfast before hitting the slopes! Relax in the large family room around the gas fireplace with plenty of comfy seating on the leather loveseat, ultra suede three person queen couch and the luxury leather recliner and cow ottoman! Most normal rentals have a loveseat and chair!
You'll have a hard time choosing between the bedrooms! All have a different feel but keeping in the mountain theme. Custom log furniture was designed for two of the rooms with the master having a stunning wood and leather rustic bed! All rooms have high-end queen pillow top mattresses, thick down comforters, private TV/DVD(cable), thick soft towels and private thick robes to wear to the hot tub or lazing around the house! Even the babies were not forgotten (we have one!) a pack-n-play and highchair are available!

Treat your self to soaking in the 10+ person outdoor hot tub after a hard day of skiing, mountain biking, hiking or other Winter Park fun! Relatively secluded due to such a small community!

RESERVATIONS: At time of reservation, two nights lodging deposit is required to hold reservation. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION: Cancellation more than 45 days (60 days for Christmas) before arrival - administrative charge of $50. No refunds 45 days or less prior to your arrival. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. |
