Our zero entry pool is perfect for the little ones!
We enjoy vacationing at our condo, so we have furnished it with everything to make our stay, as well as yours, as comfortable as possible! We want to make you feel right at home and enjoy your stay so much that you will come back to our condo again and again!
Our unit is on the 4th floor of Ocean House II. Not too high and not too low!
KEYLESS LOCK! No need to remember where you put the keys.
You can sleep soundly knowing that no one else has a key to the unit during your stay at my condo!
Sleeping arrangements are: king bed in the master, a queen and twin in the 2nd bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room.
PLEASE NOTE: While looking at condos in Gulf Shores, note the size of Ocean House (48 units each building.) Ocean House has the largest pool in Gulf Shores with ample lounging space around the pool. Check out the size and lounging space at other units. Most newer complexes are gigantic (over 100 plus units, some even over 200) with pools no bigger than a back yard pool with not nearly enough space to accommodate every one staying there trying to lounge out by the pool! No Joke! You can't even see the pool from your balcony!
You can sit on the balcony on my 4th floor unit and watch your kids swim in the pool or just enjoy the view of the pool. All the pictures of the pool are from my balcony.
ALso, Ocean House has charcoal bbq pits and green space for the kids to play while you cook some steaks while the sun goes down. Who wants to go inside and cook dinner and miss the sunset? Many complexes DO NOT have bbq pits or allow portable ones!
Family time, lounging by the pool time all in a small complex. After all, that is why you go to the beach? Right?

One of our most favorite and delightful weeks of the year was at Ocean House "Delight". The condo is beautifully decorated and is very well maintained. The keyless entry is a big plus because no keys to keep up with. Spectacular view and convenient to everything in Gulf Shores. The owner is very accomodating and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that wants a home away from home.

My family and I usually stay in Orange Beach at one of the Phoenix Properties. This year we wanted a little change. So I looked around and I found Ocean House. What first attracted me to Ocean House was the huge pool-zero entry on both ends. Since we have young children who spend most of their time at the pool we figured this would be great-and it was!!! I searched VRBO at all the listings at Ocean House I and II and this unit attracted me the most. The decor was so warming and inviting, I just knew this was the place we had to have for our family vacation. It was everything I imagined and more!!! Everything you could possibly need while away from home!!! Very cozy, comfortable. Excellent view of the beach and pool!!!! John was great to deal with. When I had a question, he was quick to respond and always very pleasant!!!!! We will definitely be back! Looking forward to the next vacation here!!!!!!!!!

Our family had a great time at your condo in Guld Shores. We had never been to the area before and we were pleasantly surprised. Beautiful beach and not commericalized like so many other places we have been. The condo was very comfortable. Neigbors were loud and annoying in the early mornings but it was Spring Break. We look forward to staying there again sometime. Thank you.
Owner response:JL: Thank you for your comments .Gulf Shores is not a college spring break destination and that unchaperoned students are normally not allowed to rent - some must have sneaked between the cracks. Ocean House is a family-friendly property with on site guards and management. Hope to see you back soon!

We have been coming to Gulf Shores for nearly 30 years and rate this 2 bedroom Condo near the top. We were able to meet up with old friends and relatives in comfortable surroundings and being on the 4th floor was especially appealing to us. The pool was not exactly swimming temperature, however I'm sure it will be soon and looked to be in excellent condition. We would certainly consider renting again.
