As soon as you walk into this condo you know it is special. The condo has been completely remodeled and has an open and airy floor plan with beautiful views of the lake. The attention to detail is amazing and the foyer is no exception; it has a great built-in bench and storage unit. The kitchen is a cooks dream come true with top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry.
The breakfast bar seats 5 and is a perfect place to sit and keep the cook company. The dining room has a round wooden table that seats six people. The family room has vaulted ceilings, large windows, a gorgeous decorative tiled fireplace, a desk, plenty of seating, and an armoire with a TV, DVD, VCR, and IPOD ready stereo. You can also sit outside and enjoy Florida’s weather on the back decks.
The guest bedroom features two twin beds, plantation shutters and a large closet. The guest bath has a large shower with dual sprayers and a bench, a pedestal sink, and designer tile. For your convenience, there is a laundry room in the hallway with a front-loading washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a queen size four-poster bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, and opens up to the screened in porch. You will love to wake up to the view of the lake every morning. The master bath also has a large shower with dual sprayers, a pedestal sink, designer tile, plus extra cabinetry for storage.
If you want to bring your laptop, the condo has wireless internet service. There is an office upstairs in the loft that is a great space to work or read.
