The condo has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room/dining room area, a full kitchen, plus a spacious lanai. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with bathroom and vanity area. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. The living room has a new sleeper/sofa. This condo contains a washer and dryer. We have everything you need from a fully accessorized kitchen, to towels and linens. The condo is tastefully decorated in a soothing Asian/Hawaiian decor.

Waikoloa Village is a great location for your Hawaiian adventures. It is centrally located and is very accessible to the many attractions the Big Island has to offer. World class Hapuna Beach is just 10 minutes away, while Waimea and Parker Ranch with its fine restaurants and shopping is only 25 minutes away. There are six other world class golf courses all within 30 minutes from your doorstep. If you miss the "chaos" of the mainland, Kona is only 35 minutes away. After visiting Kona, you'll appreciate the peacefulness and serenity our Condo has to offer!!
The quaint town of Waikoloa Village has everything you need, and it's within walking distance (five minutes). There's a great supermarket featuring an awesome deli and bakery. The shopping center contains restaurants, night club, beauty salon, health food store, and cute gift shops.
The Waikoloa Villas complex features two swimming pools with cabanas. This unit is located approximately 20 yards away from the pool area. Each pool area features a hot tub and BBQ grill with plenty of shady cover.
The Waikoloa Village Golf Course Clubhouse and Complex is located directly across the ninth fairway and features two free tennis courts, Olympic size swimming pool, restaurant, and the 19th Hole lounge which is located next to the putting green and driving range.

I stayed in A206 for two months this winter. The condo was nicely updated compared to others I have stayed at in the same complex. It is well decorated but not overly so. Usually I have to go and buy a number of things for the kitchen, etc. Not this time it was well equipped. I like A biulding and the location of this unit is great.

This condo was the perfect get-away spot, and being located on the end of the building made it nice and quiet. The view from the lanai was fabulous, the furnishings were great, and we had all the comforts of home. Located away from the main "touristy" area, but easy access and much more relaxing. We hope to visit again soon!

The condo is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed (or wished we had time to do) from snokeling gear to golf clubs to an excellent tavel guidebook to a cooler to scissors! It was convienent to travel to all parts of the Big Island. It was very spacious and the view from the lanai was amazing! We'd love to stay there again!

What an amazing week we had at this condo. We've been to Hawaii a number of times but this is the first time we got to really relax. Beautiful furnishings, wonderful view of the ocean and so convenient. We'll be back. Thanks for the great stay.

We spent 7 nights and had a wonderful time! The condo had everything we needed from blender to golf clubs and beach towels - not stripped down like some other condos we have stayed in. The golfing is great and so is the lanai that overlooks the course. We felt like it was in a great location since we traveled all around the island. We definitely want to return to the Big Island and stay here again!

We loved this condo! It is very spacious, the location in the complex gives you lots of privacy, and the views from the huge lanai are beautiful. We would recommend it to anyone, and will return for sure.

The condo is situated in a beautiful location. The pictures do not do it justice. It's imaculate and spacious. Every morning we ate breakfast on the lanai and watched donkeys, turkeys, and goats in the distance. The view is beautiful. You will love staying here!
