This was a fantastic vacation stay place that exceeded my expectations. A great value for the money. Upon entering it was fresh and clean. The kitchen is perfect including all new appliances. The washer and drier was a plus. The AC worked great in this place, despite all the floor to ceiling windows. Gorgeous views. The small patio off the dining room was fun with a fantastic view from there of the ocean, pools, and tennis courts. It was nice to have the big screen flat TVs and even a stock of DVDs to watch. I stayed here with just one other person and it was huge! Very nice having two full bathrooms and a 1/2 bath. This place could easily accommodate 6 or more very comfortably. The upstairs roof-top patio was a nice bonus as well. Tons of room up there to sunbathe by day and have a cocktail party at night. This place was a perfect home for my vacation to SPI.

We stayed in Kay & Guy's condo for two months. We had stayed at the Saida complex before but this was so much better. The condo faces south, so one can see the sun rise from the balcony and see it set as well. The views are splendorous. The condo if by far the best equipped of any place we have ever stayed, if you need a tool it is there. We definitely plan to stay there again!

Fantastic Beach Condo

We spent several days at the condo relaxing and enjoying Sandcastle Days on the island. The condo is nicely furnished and well taken care of. The staff at Saida is friendly and takes good care of the property in general. The views throughout the condo are tremendous. Kay was extremely responsive both prior to and during our stay with the questions that we had. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

If you're looking for a great get away with an out of the ordinary experience, you have to check out this condo. Most condos have a qualified nice view out the window. This condo however, has a set of stairs that take you to a roof top panoramic view of the ocean, bay and surrounding city. If you like sitting on top of a 15 story roof top patio, with a glass of wine and cheese, while looking at the stars and listening to the ocean, then you have found the right place. Kathy is extremely easy to work with and she truly cares about your beach visit.

This was about our 4th time staying at Woody and Kay's place and it gets better each time. I can't think of another condo that has such a great view from every angle. Sometime we would sit at the patio off of the living room to watch the big ships go by, than on the front porch to watch to ocean and the sun sets and of course upstairs for all of it!! We don't usually go anywhere, because all we want is there, but we did venture out to Big Al's for lunch for the great shrimp trays and for dinner we like to go to Daddys for their Cajun trays. We also enjoyed the Douplin boats. The condo is very niece and clean and everything you would need is there. It's one of our favorite vacation spots. Thanks guys for making it so special!

We just loved staying at Kay & Guy's condo. It had everything we needed. They have everything updated and decorated cute. They left many personal items for our use which made it feel even more like home. Could get the best oysters on the island just a few steps out of the door at Gabriellas. Kay was great to work with and we look forward to staying there again next year. Thanks.

First time visit to South Padre and had a great relaxing time away from home. Your condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We loved your condo! It had amazxing views, and the rooftop and the patio were fantastic. It has great views of both the ocean and the bay. Our 2 year old loved the views of the pool, though, haha. It was wonderful and we hate to leave.

This was our second stay and it was just as enjoyable as the first. This time it was "just the girls" (for Mothers' Day) and we wish we didn't have to leave. As always Ted's (breakfast), Captain Roys (lunch) and Blackbeards or Scampi's (dinner is always the way to go. Plus the drive to walk the north side of the island is definately worth it

OMG, This was such a wonderful experience. The location perfect, the roof-top view to die for, and the owners were so gracious and good to work with. Decor wonderful, great "Happy Hour" right next door, I mean great, and the Gulf water so warm and inviting. We spent a lot of time in enjoying the condo, and the balcony and roof top. More than we expected and just good fun all around. Anyone would love it.

Kay and Guy, Thank you so much for all you have done to make your condo so comfortable for a bunch of strangers! It was perfect for a family vacation. We wanted for nothing, everytime we thought of something we might need....a little hunting around and we found it!! You have a lovely place with an amazing view- we didn't leave the complex once. We cooked everyday and ate with friends and never dissapointed with the things you have provided. Thank you and may God continue to bless your family

The condo was awesome. Everything was so clean, and in order. The grounds were immaculate. My group had so many plans for outings in Padre, but once we got to the condo, it was hard to leave. Thanks to Kay for making sure everything went smoothly before, during, and after our trip. Her special touches put a nice ending to an already unforgettable weekend. We'll be back!!!

I was searching for a place to stay down at South Padre, and I came upon Beach2BayGetaway. At that point I stopped searching. I found the place we wanted to stay at and we did. It was great. The views were gorgeous (both sunrise and sunset) the breezes were fantastic, the decor was top notch, and best of all - we felt at home here. I hope others find what we found here. Thank you
