Fiddler's Cove is a 23 acre resort around a five minute walk to Folly Field Beach; one of Hilton Head's widest and cleanest beaches. Our second floor two bedroom/two bath villa is one of the closest villas to Folly Field Beach Park; which is one of the beach access points near Fiddler's Cove.
Folly Field Beach Park has showers, bathrooms, and parking if you do not want to walk to the beach. Our villa is adjacent to the pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and indoor racquetball courts. It has a quiet private garden view balcony that is great for the morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
Fiddler's Cove is a safe family friendly area with 24 hour gated security on-site. On-site amenities include two pools, hot tub,10 Har-Tru tennis courts, two indoor racquetball courts; all included with your vacation. Also, there are playgrounds on-site and nearby for the little ones. Hilton Head Island has many miles of scenic walking and biking paths.
Rental bikes can be delivered and picked up at the villa; with bike racks near villa to lock up bikes. Mid-island location near shopping, restaurants, biking, fishing, championship golf, Pickney Island Nature Preserve and cinemas. Restaurants and Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade are with in walking distance of villa.
The fully equipped kitchen has newer cabinets, refrigerator, stove, cookware and dishes. There is seating for six people at the dining table. If you do not wish to cook there are restaurants nearby and many of them will deliver right to the villa. The living room has 27 inch flat screen TV with cable, and DVD/VCR combo. Also free secured DSL high-speed wireless internet connection is available in villa.
The master bedroom with King Pillowtop bed has a 27 inch TV with cable and DVD. The second bedroom with 2 sets of Twin Bunk beds has a 24 inch flat screen TV with cable and DVD/VCR combo. The entire villa has been recently updated and painted. The bedrooms have newer mattresses and bedding.
For your use we have a beach wagon to put everything in to make your short stroll to the beach even easier.
Fiddler's Cove requires all guest to check-in at the 24hr Security Gate to receive a gate and parking pass for your stay. Sorry but Fiddler's Cove rules do not allow motorcycles, campers, boats or pets on the grounds.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: 50% (MIN. $200) of Total Due is due within 10 days of reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $100 SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT is required. Deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure date minus any expenses incurred.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $50 administrative fee for all cancellations. A refund of deposits paid (minus $50 administrative fee) will be made when cancelled at least 45 days prior to arrival date; cancellations within 45 days the deposits paid are forfieted unless property can be rented at full rental rate.
RATES: All rates include 11% accomodations tax, cleaning fee, and linens.
