Fiddler's Cove is a 23 acre resort around a five minute walk to Folly Field Beach; one of Hilton Head's widest and cleanest beaches. Fiddler's Cove is a safe family friendly area with 24 hour gated security on-site. On-site amenities include two pools, hot tub, 10 Har-Tru tennis courts, two indoor racquetball courts; all included with your vacation. Our second floor two bedroom/two bath villa is one of the closest villas to Folly Field Beach Park; which is one of the beach access points near Fiddler's Cove. Folly Field Beach Park has showers, bathrooms, and parking if you do not want to walk to the beach.
Our villa is adjacent to the pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and indoor racquetball courts. The villa has a private garden view balcony that is great for the morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The fully equipped kitchen has refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, cookware and dishes. There is seating for six people at the dining table. If you do not wish to cook there are restaurants nearby and many of them will deliver right to the villa.
The living room has leather furniture and a 37 inch flat screen TV with cable, and DVD/VCR combo. Also free DSL high-speed wireless internet connection is available in villa. The master bedroom with King Pillowtop bed has a 24 inch TV with cable and DVD player. The second bedroom sleeps 4 with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and has a 24 inch TV with cable and DVD/VCR combo. Linens and towels are supplied.
The clubhouse has a large screen television; ping pong table and cornhole toss game for your enjoyment. The larger pool is heated or cooled as needed from March through October. The hot tub is heated all year. There are playgrounds on-site for the little ones. Also there are charcoal grills and picnic tables on site. For your use we have a beach wagon to put everything in to make your short stroll to the beach even easier.
Hilton Head Island has many miles of scenic walking and biking paths. Rental bikes can be delivered and picked up at the villa; with bike racks near villa to lock up bikes. Fiddler’s Cove is located mid-island near shopping, restaurants, biking, fishing, championship golf, Pinckney Island Nature Preserve and cinemas. Restaurants and Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade are with in walking distance of villa.
Fiddler's Cove requires all guests to check-in at the 24hr Security Gate to receive a gate and parking pass for your stay. Sorry but Fiddler's Cove rules do not allow motorcycles, campers, boats or pets on the grounds.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: 50% (MIN. $200) of Total Due is due within 10 days of reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $100 SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT is required. Deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure date minus any expenses incurred.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $50 administrative fee for all cancellations. A refund of deposits paid (minus $50 administrative fee) will be made when cancelled at least 45 days prior to arrival date; cancellations within 45 days the deposits paid are forfeited unless property can be rented at full rental rate.
RATES: All rates include 11% accommodations tax, cleaning fee, and linens.

We enjoyed the villa at Fiddler's Cove. It is conveniently located to Folly Field Beach...a short walk and even shorter bike ride! The pool and table tennis across from the villa was also a big hit with the kids. The villa is very neat and clean with a comfortable king size bed in the master. The owner was very responsive to our needs. We would love to visit again! Great vacation!

First time staying in Folly Field section of island and my family loved it. This villa is great for a small family and was well updated and clean. Couldn't be much closer to the beach, other than being in a beachfront property. Was only 5 minute bike ride to beach. Will definitely be looking into this villa again next year. Thanks!

This was just what two stay-at-home moms needed, a quick trip to the beach for some R&R (even though we had our kids with us!). The rental was well maintained and more spacious than I had expected. The room with two bunk beds was a huge hit with the kids and the beach wagon was a life saver! The walk to the lovely beach was about five minutes and the kids tolerated that well. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and loved having the washer and dryer too! I wanted to take my husband and kids back this summer, but of course this great place is rented out! We will return again! :)

This condo was perfect for my family of 6! The condo is very nicely decorated, extremely clean, and very well fitted for whatever you might need during your stay. The location is perfect for accessing the pool and beach. One of the pools in the complex is right across the main drive and its a VERY short walk to the beach since the building is so close the entrance to the complex. We loved staying here and will definitely rent it again! You can't go wrong with this one!

First family trip in a long time! This is exactly what we needed...clean, bright and well furnished unit. Proximity to beach was a pleasant short walk. Pool was great and conveniently located across from the unit. Kids enjoyed the rec centre and we enjoyed having bbq's with friends. Thanks for everything, Perry. We plan to visit again.

Was very pleased with everything. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The owner was very helpful with the whole process including suggestions for restaurants and attractions. Recommended this condo rental to my nephew and he and his wife had a great time, we both agree very inexpensive for such a beautiful vacation spot. Five minute walk to beach which was perfect, most people have to drive and pay for parking which is expensive and difficult at times since there are limited parking spots on the island. Will be planning a return trip for 2011. Thanks for sharing your condo.

We found this villa to be very comfortable, clean and well located for many activities. It is equipped with everything you need and very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay in March 2010. It was especially nice being so close to the ocean.
