First time staying in Folly Field section of island and my family loved it. This villa is great for a small family and was well updated and clean. Couldn't be much closer to the beach, other than being in a beachfront property. Was only 5 minute bike ride to beach. Will definitely be looking into this villa again next year. Thanks!

We enjoyed the villa at Fiddler's Cove. It is conveniently located to Folly Field Beach...a short walk and even shorter bike ride! The pool and table tennis across from the villa was also a big hit with the kids. The villa is very neat and clean with a comfortable king size bed in the master. The owner was very responsive to our needs. We would love to visit again! Great vacation!

This was just what two stay-at-home moms needed, a quick trip to the beach for some R&R (even though we had our kids with us!). The rental was well maintained and more spacious than I had expected. The room with two bunk beds was a huge hit with the kids and the beach wagon was a life saver! The walk to the lovely beach was about five minutes and the kids tolerated that well. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and loved having the washer and dryer too! I wanted to take my husband and kids back this summer, but of course this great place is rented out! We will return again! :)

This condo was perfect for my family of 6! The condo is very nicely decorated, extremely clean, and very well fitted for whatever you might need during your stay. The location is perfect for accessing the pool and beach. One of the pools in the complex is right across the main drive and its a VERY short walk to the beach since the building is so close the entrance to the complex. We loved staying here and will definitely rent it again! You can't go wrong with this one!

Was very pleased with everything. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The owner was very helpful with the whole process including suggestions for restaurants and attractions. Recommended this condo rental to my nephew and he and his wife had a great time, we both agree very inexpensive for such a beautiful vacation spot. Five minute walk to beach which was perfect, most people have to drive and pay for parking which is expensive and difficult at times since there are limited parking spots on the island. Will be planning a return trip for 2011. Thanks for sharing your condo.

First family trip in a long time! This is exactly what we needed...clean, bright and well furnished unit. Proximity to beach was a pleasant short walk. Pool was great and conveniently located across from the unit. Kids enjoyed the rec centre and we enjoyed having bbq's with friends. Thanks for everything, Perry. We plan to visit again.

We found this villa to be very comfortable, clean and well located for many activities. It is equipped with everything you need and very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay in March 2010. It was especially nice being so close to the ocean.

This condo is lovely! A perfect space for a couple or for a small family. The condo is located within feet of the beach. The bike trails around Hilton Head are amazing and provided a great way to see the island. I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend!

Condo was well kept and the owner worked with us quickly to squeeze us in at the last minute. The pool here at Fiddler's Cove was nicer than the one we used at another complex in Palmetto Dunes. The price was reasonable and the bike trails were great. The beach was so close my teenagers just walked there everyday (maybe 5 minutes).

The villa is beautiful and had every creature comfort of home. We had such a great trip and can't wait to go back. The price of the rental was incredibly reasonable for its very quick access to the beach. The kitchen had EVERY SINGLE ITEM we could have needed, I've never had such a full kitchen in any other rental. I was impressed. Decorations were beautiful.

Great accommodations. Loved the decor. Beach access is a short walk. Grocery store and mall are an easy bike ride. The owner is very easy to work with and is prompt on answering questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Perry and Rachels condo in Fiddlers Cove at HHI. Even though the temps were really hot, we still had a great week. Perry and Rachel's villa was exactly what our family wanted for our Hilton Head vacation! It very close to the beach and the pool. It was great to have the beach gear and wagon already at the villa. Our first visit to HHI and the Clark's condo, but definitely not our last! In fact, we're already looking into booking for next year! The condo itself was very clean and organized, with all the necessities for a vacation "home away from home." The island's beaches, shops, bike trails, etc. were just gorgeous. Loved it!

Our vacation on HHI was the best ever. The Clark's condo at Fiddler's Cove was the nicest place we have stayed at, and the least expensive. It felt like home. We met many great families from all over the country at the pool. We took advantage of a couple of kid camps during our stay. Check out Camp Zodiacs (South Beach) 1/2 day waterfun camp for the kids. They went crabbing, sailing, swimming, and saw dolphins. This gave my husband and I a chance to have a quiet brunch in Harbour Town. We will be back next year!!!!!!

I was very impressed with the degree of cleanliness upon arrival (including my mother, the ultimate judge of cleanliness). Furthermore, everything pertaining to our stay on Hilton Head Island was organized to the T. On the living room coffee table, there was a notebook detailing everything including the Fiddler's Cove guidelines, island history, and island activities. It was like a luxury hotel stay- towels, soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, Palmolive, beach chairs, beach toys... everything was thought of and planned for. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Perry & Rachel: Thanks for allowing my 2 friends and I to use Villa 3F from Feb 1 to Feb 5 for our golf weekend. The Villa was wonderful, had everything we needed after long days golfing with excellent seafood afterwards. I've seen many Villas in my travels to HHI, your is definitely one of the nicer places in Fiddlers Cove

Very clean beach with dolphins swimming right off the beach only a short walk. Condo very clean, good secure area. Wonderful bike and walking paths. Easy to get around for 1st time visitors. Great relaxing vacation.
