Our beautiful new condo has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths plus a stunning loft area with a queen size sofa bed. The condo is 2300 Sq Ft all on one level - with separate master suites to accomodate multiple familes.
Bethany Lakes Bayside is located on the Indian River Bay 1.5 miles from the boardwalk at Bethany Beach. The community has tennis, indoor and outdoor pools, a state of the art clubhouse with expansive exercise room, sauna, game room, and great room. Our condo has two master bedroom/bath suites (one with a jacuzzi) plus two additional bedrooms.
A beach shuttle is available on weekends for beach drop off. The community pier is great for a stroll or a place to drop your kayak into the waters of the Indian River Bay. Come enjoy a relaxing get-a-way available all year long
The condo has three decks and is in walking distance to the bay. The outdoor pool at Bethany Lakes overlooks the Bay.

My husband and I live in California and rented the home for a week over Christmas, so our kids (and their significant others) from all over the east coast could join us. The home was big and immaculate, with a fully stocked kitchen. Owners were friendly and very responsive and the club house was gorgeous and offered us a lot to do on the two rainy days we had. I would highly recommend the home and hope to return in the future. Thank you for a memorable, heartwarming Christmas holiday. Kerri

WE chose this condo for its layout ( all on one floor) the 4 bedroom s& bathrooms were very important to us. The condo was very clean & very nicely decorated, we definitely felt like we were on vacation. The property had wonderful amenities in the lake & club house. One of our friends brought up his kayaks & was happy to be able to drop them in the near by waters & start exploring. The club house was great on that ocassional rainy day when you needed some place to go, very clean very inviting. We ate all our dinners out, it was wonderful how so many restaurants were in close proximity to the complex. We found that our location was perfect for just about every thing..we traveled up and down the state of DE with little problem & in little time. We even took a drive down to Ocean City Maryland another short drive from our location. Size, location ,cleanlinese all ranked high in our discussion at the end of the week.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
