This two bedroom, ground level condo is perfect for family getaways to the mountains. The deck looks out at Byers Peak and wildlife are often found ambling through. There is a resident red fox who likes to inspect things and moose have crossed the walkway out front.
The kitchen has been newly remodeled with oak cabinets, new countertops, and a new cooktop range and dishwasher. New tile was added this fall in the kitchen and bath. The breakfast counter makes it easy to feed the troops on their way out the door and in the evening, you can relax to a crackling fire and a home cooked meal off the grill as you watch the magnificent sunset through the patio doors.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom (which is actually bigger) has a huge bunk bed and a queen with a TV/VCR combo. The living room has a leather sofa bed, dining table and an entertainment center with DVD, VCR, and a CD player.
We are right on the bus line, so forget parking hassles when skiing. The buses are free and can get you just about anywhere. The local Safeway is just down the hill for that forgotten item. Two great fishing ponds invite kids to discover fishing and are just a short walk!

Why the Owner Chose Meadowridge
Fraser is centrally located in the county, with easy access to the ski area and the lakes to the north by Rocky Mountain National park. It is unpretentious and fun, with all the ammenities you would want from tennis courts to outdoor hot tubs, racquet ball to exercize machines, steam room to a huge pool. Real people having real fun!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We wanted the unit to have all the things we'd appreciated over the years. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We even included some staples like coffee, so you don't have to run out early in the morning. We even added an espresso machine for those of you who like a serious coffee. We even stocked the place with games (board and video, PS1) and movies so you don't have to run to a video store! We've tried to make our condo a home away from home.

I moved to Colorado, the best winter playground in the world. I am an avid skier and recently started snowboarding. Winter Park and the Fraser Valley in Grand county offers incredible variety of activities for all. From hiking up Byers Peak (12,804 ft, which we did with the dog) to boating on Grand Lake (a 4th of July treat!)to skiing the monster bumps of Mary Jane (the rugged side of Winter Park), we have found the place that rejuvenates our spirits.

Great condo at a great location in Fraser. Right on the bus line going to Winter Park and very close to a large open meadow (where we could let the dog run). My only complaint is maybe too many knicknacks around the condo. But very warm and homey. Great vacation spot w/in 10 mins of everything!

My boyfriend, sister, brother and law and niece and nephew stayed here and had a blast! The condo is very cozy and has everything that you could need for cooking and relaxing and at an affordable price too! We have stayed in Meadowridge before at a different unit but really enjoyed the view from this condo. We definitely would love to return soon!
