Coveniently located just minutes from Luis Munoz Marin Int'l Aiport, 10 minutes to Historic San Juan and 40 minutes to the famous El Yunque Rain Forest.

This 1,250 sq ft residence features a fully equiped kitchen, a large living room with Classic Rattan furnishings (Immediately reminding you that you are in the Caribbean), TV/Cable, DVD Player and Telephone. Right Off the living room there is a covered patio in which to relax and enjoy the tropical breeze. The upstairs features two bedrooms and two full baths. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable queen size sleigh-bed; the second bedroom has two equally comfortable twin size beds, as well as a twin size cot.

  • Just returned from San Juan and the Festival de San Sebastian. We had a great time and the place was just fine. It is a little smaller than what I expected. But it is in good shape and true to its ad. We had four guys - the fourth slept on the couch downstairs because the cot provided was not comfortable. Other than that, everything was great. We forgot to wash the dishes, which I think will detract from our deposit. But I expect the remainder to be returned in several weeks, as all my other dealings with the owners have been pleasant. Near the El San Juan Hotel and Casino. A $25 cab ride or 75 cent bus ride to Old San Juan. And across the street from the beach.

  • This condo is in a wonderful location! Everything we needed was within walking distance- grocery store, beach, restaurants, etc. We liked the layout of the condo, with the bedrooms on opposite ends upstairs and each having their own large bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

  • Quick responses on all inquiries. Property was as stated, no surprises or hype. The property is very safe and secure, has friendly neighbors, and was very clean on arrival. Kitchen was stocked with a great set of pots and pans. Washing machine and dryer a major plus. Bedrooms were roomy and all linens were fresh and clean. Outside, the property is one block from the beach, and there were many restaurants (from fancy to fast food and everything in between--a major plus) and other stores nearby. If you rent a car this is the perfect property for you. It's very near the major highways, so visiting the sites outside of San Juan was quick. No car? The bus is right outside and takes you all the way to Old San Juan (only 75 cents, compared to $15 for a taxi). The owners make the experience even more fulfilling by providing a cooler and beach chairs. We had no children with us, but had we, they would have had fun with the many toys for both home and beach use. Security deposit was returned very fast. I will definitely stay at this location again and have already told many of my friends!
