My family (all adults) enjoyed a four-night stay over New Year's 2010-11 and couldn't have been more thrilled with this lovely home. It was comfortable, warm and pretty with a great view of the lake. We spent a lot of time hanging out around the fire pit and made gourmet meals every night in the extremely well-stocked kitchen. It had snowed the day we drove up and we were a bit worried about the condition of the roads, but as soon as we turned into the neighborhood, all the roads were clear and well-cared-for, which is very comforting in the winter. I can't say enough about how thoughtfully set up this house is.

Anyone who can give this place less than a 5 star rating just can't be satisfied. I challenged myself to name what I could want for and didn't come up with anything. Noise is he only thing missing, if you need that. Many thanks to the Belt family for sharing thier special place for my special event.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The pictures don't do the house justice - the decks are very large and relaxing, nice furnishings - a well built home. A very private setting on a wonderful side of the lake. Ski at any time of the day...very little boat traffic...dock nestles into an awesome cove for swimming. The owners have thought of everything to make you stay enjoyable...extra life jackets, kitchen utensils, tools, you name it - they've thought of it. Great for kids of all ages. We'll return again soon.

What a retreat! We stayed in September with several friends. It was a great property nestled beautifully in the woods right on the lake. The kitchen was fantastic and perfectly accommodating. The decks were so enjoyed with morning coffee overlooking the lake. We enjoyed the firepit at night and fishing off the dock. The pontoon was wonderful for exploring the lake... and the golf cart made it easy to get there when you didn't feel like walking the hill up and down. Overall, a perfect de-stress and wind-down choice for a getaway!

This is the second time we have stayed here and just wanted to comment on this beautiful house. It is so relaxing and even has plenty of games/ videos in case it rains. We love the house, the lake, the hot tub and the little extras that make this property a true vacation home. We can't wait to come back.

Just getting ready to book for this summer and thought I'd leave a comment. We have visited this house twice and have had wonderful experiences both times. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We had several families with us and there was plenty of room for group gatherings in the house, on the deck, on the dock and at the fire pit...and comfy beds for all. The lake is wonderful for swimming and boating.

Oh my gosh-we don't even know where to start. Think of being able to stay in your very own lodge and have full run of the place. Now picture that with a lake with boats to use at your leisure. Picture that with a hot tub, decks, fireplaces, woods, and peace. We loved it and anyone who wants an upscale wooded retreat will love it, too. This is NOT a cabin in the woods-this is the real deal. We have stayed alot of places and we would have to give this place an A+.

We looked forward to a nice long weekend get away at your property in Tennessee. I received my second diagnosis of breast cancer since 2002. It is now metastatic. We were hoping that this would be the get away and break we needed from a challenging time for our family of 5. While the structure itself was very nice, it was not clean. The pontoon boat was also Very Dirty. We arrived Thurs. at 5p and left Sat. morning around 10a. We did not use the pontoon or the golf cart and used only two of the bedrooms trying to be considerate of not over using the space. It was, by far, one of our most disappointing trips taken. -- Joyce Kistler
Owner response:Unfortunately our substitute housecleaner did a poor job of cleaning the house that week. We now have a wonderful house cleaning staff and maintanence man. The Kistlers did not inform us of any issues until a month after their departue. We are very accommadating to our guests and would have immediately addressed and corrected any issues had we been told at the time. We regret this incident occurred and work very hard not to let it happen again.

We stayed at the house 6/28-7/5/08 and it was the best family vacation we've had. There were 12 of us and were plenty comfortable. The house had everything you would need for a great time, well-stocked and equipped. We especially enjoyed going out on the pontoon boat and swimming in our own private cove. We would definitely go back.

The photos don't do the lake house justice! Our church ladies' retreat was a huge success due to the well stocked home and breathtaking view of God's handiwork. We're already planning our spring retreat. This is the most stocked, well planned vacation home I have ever used.

What a wonderful home we stayed in!! Spacious and comfortable for all of us!! We had a great time on the dock, and the use of the pontoon boat was the highlight of our trip...along with the golf cart, the campfire, the foosball table, etc., etc. Everyone had a blast! We will be back!

The house was amazing. The house is in a beautiful development and is very secluded; you can not hear or see other houses or people. The amenities offered at the house were very nice; they really take care of their renters. This is the best house I’ve ever rented on any of the lakes I’ve been to.

Great venue for 3 families to meet for vacation! The combination of the lake, the boat, and the house kept us either active or relaxed. The golf cart was extremely helpful for getting up & down the hill quickly.
