Our family group of 5 adults stayed here for a week, and we absolutely LOVED it. The photos are completely accurate - the house is immaculate. We were very comfortable, and impressed with the quality of the home and the amenities both in the home and in the neighbourhood. Two grocery stores within five minutes walk, ATM and tram station within 5 minutes too. We took Ron's advice and got weekly tram passes and rode the tram from the house to downtown and elsewhere all week - very convenient! Because we stayed in the neighbourhood instead of hotels, we got to meet a few local people too, which was a real treat. Our family of 4 stayed here for two weeks in August. The pictures are completely accurate as the place is well maintained and tastefully decorated. We are used to staying in very small apartments in Amsterdam and we were so happy to have so much space, and the little backyard is an added bonus and perfect for eating outside. We loved the secure (and free!) parkade for our car which we used to visit family in a nearby village as well as take a day trip into Germany. Getting into Amsterdam was very easy with either the tram (5 min walk) or bus (1 min walk) and there are a few grocery stores within a few minutes walk. Ron was very friendly and easy to deal with and I would recommend this to anyone who wants a larger place outside the chaos of downtown Amsterdam and wishes to explore more of Holland.
