    This property is a perfect location for Heavenly skiing (just a few hundred yards away) as well as downtown. The condo is very spacious and perfectly equiped. The furnishings are like new, the beds and sheets are so comfortable. The owner was great to work with and clearly treated the condo like her own home. I will not hesitate to rent this property again.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

    Can't say enough good things. Great place, convenient location. Not to mention the owners were easy to work with. Will definitely try and utilize this location in the future.

    If you are looking for the perfect place to stay on your vacation, this home should definitely be at the top of your list! Everything that you would need for a trip out of town is at the vacation home, including a full kitchen, laundry, HDTVs, dining area, living room, multiple bedrooms/washrooms -- it's really as it's advertised! The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner was graciously accommodating for any special needs our group had and was delightful to speak with. Our group also participated in sport fishing, which was just down the road, and we were able to catch a 24" trout and a 18" kokanee. Blue Angel Cafe is a restaurant close by that will openly accept the fish you caught and prepare them to your liking. To be able to enjoy a day out on the waters, a gratifying meal, and then return to the inviting vacation home was a heaven sent weekend. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I look forward to our next stay there!

    We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Thanks for making our 25th Anniversary a wonderful experience. This home has all the amenities, large clean bedrooms, wonderful kitchen and great rooms. We will absolutely return to stay again. Don't forget to call Tahoe Sport Fishing for limits of Lake Tahoe's biggest fish!

    My partner and our three children stayed for a week this summer. This cabin was spacious, clean and beautiful. The kids are 11 and under and they loved the room with a set of two bunk beds in it. My partner and I loved the comfortable,very quality bed in the master room. Sharon (the owner) was always available and helpful with the couple of questions that I had and even volunteered to send us something we left in the cabin. That kind of customer service is rare but so appreciated. At the end of an active day we loved coming home to sit in the hot tub with some of the most powerful jets ever. It was like a built in massage. We look forward to coming in the winter. It's located within a stone's throw from Heavenly and that is awesome!

    A group of us stayed here for my brothers 30th birthday. This is actually our second time renting this cabin and we love it. It's a home away from home and has everything you would want. The owners are very friendly and the snowboard/ski shop below is awesome. Thanks again and we will be back! ~Marianne

    We stayed in this nice property with 4 adults and 4 kids. Everything was in good condition and nicely decorated. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub. There is a tubing zone just across the street. There is shop under the property, but it's very quiet and we barely notice it was there. Great location, just a short drive to shopping and the California lodge.

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

    I stayed here in early February on a trip with family and friends. Everything was absolutely fantastic. We had one minor problem in the house which Shannon was quick to come over and fix. Shannon was great, even down to the smallest detail like wanting a different spatula. The house was cozy, tastefully decorated, and enjoyable to stay at. A few details about the place that I didn't pick up on from the website that I think should be noted: The hot tub is in a room downstairs by the stairs. It is open to the outdoors and you will have to walk down the stairs from the house to access. The bathroom for the "master" bedroom is not attached. It is across the hall from the room. The bunk beds in the "kids" room are a double bed on the bottom and twin on the top. We rented ski and snowboard equipment from the Winter Wonderland shop downstairs which worked out great. We had a good relationship with the employees. The equipment was nice enough for rentals. Access to Heavenly was super easy. Just a quick 1 minute jaunt up the road in a car and we were at the California lodge (with Free parking)! We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again should we find ourselves in South Lake Tahoe.

    We just spent a weekend in this house and everything was just perfect. The quality of the house, and all the accessories is great. Everything is like new and with many supplies available. The landlords have also been extremely nice: always available and very flexible. I could not think of a better place to stay.

    My family of 5 stayed in this property in late July 2009. It was a wonderful week and Shannon really took care of our every need. The house is quite new, spotless, and everything was just perfect. The kids especially loved the double bunk beds. The location was very convenient to all of the activities we pursued including jet-skiing, parasailing, fishing, and a host of great restaurants. We caught the limit fishing with Shannon and John's company - Tahoe Sport Fishing and we had a nearby restaurant - The Blue Angel Cafe - prepare a great Lake Trout dinner for all - it was a highlight of the trip. I would highly recommend the property to all.

    We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home, ideally located near the Heavenly ski resort. What a convenience to rent or buy gear downstairs, and what a pleasure to come home to the luxury of high end accomodations and a nice hot tub at the end of the day on the mountain. We also had a great day of snowmobile rental. This is my second time to stay in this home, and I plan to be back! It is fantastic!

    This condo is convenient, clean, spacious, has a great hot tub, comfy bed linens, nice towels.... a lot of little extras that make the stay special. A well cared for home! It is a great location to Heavenly and Heavenly Village with shuttle access to everything. Ski shop below extra added bonus for convenience. Would definitely recommend and would definitly stay there again.

    This place was wonderful, great location and price with all the ameneties. The pictures and description dont do it justice. Well stocked with everything we needed, clean and new. Shannon was very kind and easy to work with. I would rent again when I have the chance.

    Thank you for the great accmodations for our family. We were really impressed with the kitchen and the attention to the little things that make a vacation so easy and fun. My grandchildren caught the biggest fish they have ever seen and my son and daughter-in-law actually relaxed! We'll be back! Jill, Bruce, Jon, Melissa, Christian and Taylor Campbell

    Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We had a great time! Our kids loved the sledding hill and exploring in the snow. We introduced skiing to our youngest two and they are on their way to becoming pros. My husband attempted snow boarding and can't wait to come back for more. See you again... March 2009 P.S.     This place was WONDERFUL ! It was so much better than the pictures and more. Close to everything, yet very private. We will go back there agian for sure.
