Accommodations: Cabin - 2 Bedrooms + Loft - 1.5 Baths - (Sleeps 8-10)

Dining area, including the log stove and a handmade, rustic dining table. - Grand Lake Cabin Welcome! Our beautifully-furnished cabin has it all! A private lake, a stunning location and abundant wildlife, including Moose, Elk, and Deer. Our cabin is located in one of the most desirable locations in Grand County. You are only minutes from the West Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, Charming Grand Lake Village, Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Reservoir, Lake Granby, Monarch Lake & Willow Creek Reservoir. The headwaters of the Colorado River flow only minutes away, with Gold Medal Class water abundant with trout. Hundreds of miles of scenic trails are available for hiking, riding ATV's or horseback, and when the snow flies, downhill and cross country skiing and snowmobiling! Our cabin has two bedrooms and a loft. The lower bedroom has a queen and bunk bed, and sleeps up to four. The upper bedroom has two queen beds, and also sleeps up to four. The loft has a futon mattress, and sleeps two more people. The kitchen is fully-furnished. The great room includes a handmade, rustic dining table, with room for up to ten people. The front deck is a very relaxing place to sit, enjoy the weather, watch for wildlife, stargaze, daydream!

Jan 4-March .. $150/night, 3 night minimum, $5 additional/person above 4 people.
Apr-May ........ $ 95/night, 2 night minimum, $5 additional/person above 4 people.
Jun-Sept $165/night, 3 night minimum, $5 additional/person above 4 people.
Oct-Dec 20 ..... $ 95/night, 2 night minimum, $5 additional/person above 4 people.
Dec 21-Jan 3 & June 30-July 8: $225/night, 3 nt. min. $5 additional/person above 4
Rent 6 nights and get the seventh night free!
Damage Deposit: $250, refunded after maid service cleans the cabin.
*** An additional $30/night is added for Friday night and Saturday night.***
