Located on the hillside above Whalers Village in the Masters, nestled among large green belts and a golf course, you will find a very quiet, private upstairs unit with commanding ocean views of Molokai and Lanai Islands. Sit on the spacious lanai and enjoy the cool trade winds and cavorting whales, while dining or toasting a glass of wine.
Located within the gated community are two swimming pools, four tennis courts and two spas. Within five miles, are the towns of Lahaina, Kahana, Napili and Kapalua. All have great restaurants, golf courses, night life and some of the best beaches in Maui and the world. Blackrock, Airport Beach and Honolua Bay are fantastic beaches to snorkel and two are within walking distance from the condo. Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2006
Born in the Los Angeles area, worked as a life guard for Los Angeles County during my high school years and college. In 1958, was drafted into the Army and sent to Scholfield Barracks in Hawaii for a year and half and found paradise.
After returning home, I was hired by Los Angeles County Fire Dept and retired after 33 years.
During those same years, I worked for Inside Sportfishing, as an underwater photographer, shooting mostly video for the TV show on Fox Sports West.

I have been coming to Hawaii since the late fifties and I can't think of a better place to visit or live. Since I have retired, I was in a position, financially to purchase a condo in the beautiful Kaanapali area, with the best weather in the world. I have been told by those who live on the island, that, "The Masters" is one of the safest and most desirable places to live in Maui''

If you are looking for a peaceful, guarded community, with gorgeous tropical surroundings, in a low density location, this is the place. Sitting on the lanai, you have unobstructed views of Kaanapali Beach, Lanai & Molokai Islands. During the winter months, watch the whales cavorting and breaching, while dinning or sharing a glass of wine
Whaler's Village is withing walking distance, where you will find several shops & restaurants to enjoy.
If you enjoy the beach, one of the best in Maui is directly below the condo. It's local name is Airport Beach and has ample parking, restrooms, showers and your choice of grass or sand to accommodate you. The beach is safe & you will find great snorkeling!
Swimming and tennis courts are only a couple of hundred feet away from the condo.

Beautifully quiet and peaceful...but mainly it's the view from the balcony at sunset (no hot sun shining in your face) with a glass of wine, your partner, and recapturing through conversation the thrills of daily snorkeling. I'll be back whenever possible.
