Convenient to everything in Steamboat! When staying at the Pines at Orehouse you can walk, ride your bike or take the FREE shuttle anywhere in town. You could go the entire week and never have to get behind the wheel of a car! The shuttle ride to go skiing takes less than 10 minutes (dropped off at gondola), You can walk to the movie theatre, grocery store, several restaurants, walk to the Yampa river/Fetcher pond to go fishing, ride your bike to the local trails, everything is easy to get to!
You are 1 mile from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort. You can take the FREE shuttle to the ski mountain in less than 10 minutes!

I loved visiting Steamboat Springs so much after purchasing a condo at the Pines at Orehouse, that I decided to become a year round resident! So I can not only provide input towards the little things you wonder about . . . such as the best restaurants in town, but I can also give you a locals perspective on all the best places to fish, mountain bike, snowshoe, find the leftover powder stashes and all the other activities that keep people coming back to our Mountain town. I own a few units in town and I also manage several others for out of town owners, so let me know how I can help find something that meets your needs! Most importantly, you will also have someone locally to count on (via phone or at your doorstep) to ensure your vacation runs smoothly for you and your family!

We truly enjoyed our stay and the condo was wonderful. Very warm and cozy, comfortable beds, well appointed. Loved having fans in every room and bath for every bedroom during the Summer.

The condo was wonderful and well appointed with everything we needed, and then some! We found ourselves conveniently located between the mountain and town and right on the bus line so it was easy to get anywhere we were going.

Was the condo what you expected? The condo was better than we expected. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Were we missing anything? The condo was well stocked! We even discovered, unfortunately on our last day Games and Cd's to keep us busy while it rained. Thank you for keeping a bit of coffee on hand in the freezer! that’s the one thing I cant live without and the one thing i always forgot to pack. The spices were very nice to have too.

Very good location, close to everything (mtn,grocery,restaurants). The unit was clean and spacious. Loved having the 3 baths. Kitchen well equipped with utensils and appliances.

The accommodations were wonderful. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and how well it was outfitted. We've rarely enjoyed a place that had so many of the utensils, dishes, etc that we needed to cook in. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living space were all wonderful, and access to public transit made our trips up to the mountain very easy. If we make another trip up to Steamboat, we'd like to use the condo again,.

The home was in great condition with good amenities. The bus schedule was handy in location and easy to follow. We love this unit - stayed there last March as well. We chose it because it is convenient to the mountain, grocery store, and bus line to downtown.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Pines at Orehouse. they seemed to think of everything that we may need. we found a giant humidifier in the closet just in time for our little one who developed a cough. all the accessories we needed to make dinner for friends and family. a hot tub within seconds. best of all the condo was roomy and comfortable after a long day of GREAT Skiing!!
