Located in the Sherman-Grant historic district, this quaint Victorian flat/condo is ideal for visiting downtown Denver. Just a short walk (two and half blocks) to the State Capital building and 16th Street Mall (six blocks) puts you in the middle of downtown. Located less than three miles from any of Denver's major sporting venues (public transportation just a block away).

Bus service picks up one block from the condo with connections to everywhere. There are tons of fabulous restaurants all within walking distance. Very hip and variant neighborhood
Located on the first floor and a corner unit, this home is furnished with all linens, towels and paper products. The kitchen is bright with color and equipped with all the basics... pots pans, cookie sheet, coffee maker etc, blender, food chopper, dinnerware, glassware etc. In the bedroom is a queen Therapeutics Visco mattress(very comfortable). The living space has a LCD flat screen TV, cable and wifi.
The floor plan is open and flowing through the 920 square feet. Hardwood floors through out and slate flooring in the bathroom. This home is clean, quiet and perfect for enjoying all of Denver's amenities.
This condo is rented to one or two persons only as there is only 1 queen bed. The only exception to the maximum occupancy is for infants to 1 year old children sleeping in a Pac n Play or similar crib.
Parking is available in the residential public lot approx 4 buildings down the street at 12th and Sherman.......but the the best public parking is on Bannock and 12th Ave., by the Denver Art Museum. ...(this info subject to change)

Ed, Just wanted to drop a line before our departure on Monday night to thank you for your wonderful accommodations. The place is perfect! We enjoyed the proximity to the city and the comfortable amenities. My daughter wishes to take the bed home with her!! Thanks also for allowing us to check in early and check out late. The added convenience is greatly appreciated.
