4301 Beachside II is a delightful 1 bedroom + bunk room/1 bath unit on the 10th floor with wonderful direct views of the Gulf. The living area is very inviting and kitchen area is well equipped. The master has a king bed and the bunk room is a kid’s area with small bunk beds.. Everyone who stays here, loves it - and the kids love having their own bunk room! The building has direct access to the beach along with its own pool.

THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund: 1) Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; 2) Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and 3) Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.

My family has been coming to the Destin area for a few years now but this was our first rental by owner. We loved having the privacy. The owners had everything that we needed and the rental management was very helpful. It was such a peaceful week that we didn't want to leave. I would suggest that the rental company keep some sort of contact information at the front office for emergencies. Although it was stated to keep the keypad information with us all the time, we did not expect our 13 yr. old to lock us out on the second day with everything still on the inside of the unit. It was a scary moment to say the least. Other than that, we had a great week full of sunshine & sand! I would recommend this place to anyone!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

The building association does have our contact in case of emergencies, but the Sandestin Resort front desk does not as they are their own commerical entity and would not have that information nor do they need it. We sincerely, completely, totally loved staying in this condo last year. Stayed one night paid for by my company and 5 nights paid out of pocket, and they were happy to split the invoice up for me for expenses. Were super nice in handling everything. The unit was great! Was perfect for my wife, myself, and our two little ones (2 and 4 at the time). They really loved the bunk room. It was quite cozy for them and they wanted to stay in there and watch TV when we were in the condo. They called it their "cave." I loved the views - it is why you come to the beach. Getting to the beach was just a quick elevator ride and BAM! you were there. Was a little cool for the pool but we tried it anyway and enjoyed it. Parking is also very convenient. Would definitely recommend staying here again - in fact, may stay there again in a couple of weeks! Highly recommended.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo is perfect! The perfect location and perfect size for us and our two daughters (ages 9 & 11). The condo is decorated so cute and beachy, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The condo was so clean and had everything would could have possiby needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this condo to all of my friends and we will absolutely rebook for our next trip to Sandestin.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
