This 10th floor non smoking and spacious Beachside Two Gulf front condo at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a bonus bunk room. The unit was updated in 2010 and features Wi/Fi, a master bedroom with a king size bed with flat screen TV and a children’s bunk room with a TV/DVD player. The living room has a new queen sleeper sofa, large TV, and a music system with mp3 docking station. There is a new high efficiency washer and dryer and the kitchen is fully equipped. You will enjoy relaxing in the lovely dining area or on your large private balcony overlooking the gorgeous Sandestin Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony are spectacular! You will have the use of Beachside Two’s large seasonally heated pool and we provide beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys in the closet.
While you are here, be sure to enjoy all that the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort has to offer. Besides our wonderful beaches, you will find golf at 3 championship golf courses, two spas, tennis, marina, fishing, biking, and miles of pathways to enjoy and even a nature trail. There are over 30 restaurants, plus shopping and daily entertainment for the entire family at the Village of Baytowne Wharf and the Market Shops of Sandestin. There are many activities through out the year from weekly concerts, outside movies, art and wine festivals, ice skating rink , fireworks and more. We sincerely, completely, totally loved staying in this condo last year. Stayed one night paid for by my company and 5 nights paid out of pocket, and they were happy to split the invoice up for me for expenses. Were super nice in handling everything. The unit was great! Was perfect for my wife, myself, and our two little ones (2 and 4 at the time). They really loved the bunk room. It was quite cozy for them and they wanted to stay in there and watch TV when we were in the condo. They called it their "cave." I loved the views - it is why you come to the beach. Getting to the beach was just a quick elevator ride and BAM! you were there. Was a little cool for the pool but we tried it anyway and enjoyed it. Parking is also very convenient. Would definitely recommend staying here again - in fact, may stay there again in a couple of weeks! Highly recommended.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

The condo is perfect! The perfect location and perfect size for us and our two daughters (ages 9 & 11). The condo is decorated so cute and beachy, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The condo was so clean and had everything would could have possiby needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this condo to all of my friends and we will absolutely rebook for our next trip to Sandestin.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
