Whether you enjoy tennis, golf, or lazy days on the beach, this tropical setting has so much to offer. The spacious one bedroom, one bath Condo was professionally redecorated and completely refurnished in 2005 to reflect the colors and motif of it's island setting.

Enjoy the lush, manicured foliage from your Condo's veranda in the morning. Then, step off the back patio right onto the 10 mile long, white sand beach and let the action (or lack of) begin. The close of each day brings spectacular sunsets viewed from the comfortable patio or pool deck.

Your Condo unit offers a king-size bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa with the extra thick mattress in the living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, fine linens and plush towels.

Play tennis just two blocks away on one of ten clay public courts. Several exquisite golf courses line the island. The noteworthy Mote Marine Aquarium is on your way to the infamous shops, galleries and dining at St. Armand's circle. Drive onto the mainland of Sarasota for an evening of world class dining and cultural events.

Local marina's rent pontoon and fishing boats for exciting days of snorkeling or exploration of the bayside intercoastal. Across the street, set back behind a park is the "Avenue of Flowers", a shopping center offering numerous boutiques, a Publix Supermarket, a CVS drugstore, restaurants, a wine store, and other shops.

The Bradenton/Sarasota airport is only twenty minutes away.

For larger families, multiple families, or guests, a second condo unit, adjacent to this one, is also available for rent.

Longboat Key is one of Florida's most remarkable barrier island. Whether it's the excitement of tennis, golf or fishing, or the relaxation of shelling, sunning and sunsets, your stresses and responsibilities will seem world's away on this tropical retreat.

May 01-Oct 31 .. $ 840/week (one week minimum).
Nov 01-Jan 31 .. $ 1085/week (one week minimum).
Feb 01-Apr 30 .. $1225/week (one week minimum).
10% discount if rented 28 days or longer. $65 departure clean fee.
$200 per week deposit required to hold reservation. Deposit is
non-refundable if reservation is canceled less than 60 days prior to
stay unless we are able to rent to another party.  11% tax
added to the cost of the rental. Leasee must be at least 21 years old.
