This cozy extremely well-maintained cabin is situated on a sailing lagoon with a hot tub on the back deck overlooking the wildlife lagoon with fabulous mountain views.
It has been newly remodeled with all new furniture. It has wireless internet, Bose wave music system with IPOD/IPHONE docking, wonderful library, and it can accommodate up to 8 people. "The Lagoon Cabin" is located inside the Tahoe Keys, a neighborhood on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe approximately 5 miles south of the casinos at the Nevada stateline. The nearest ski resort is Heavenly, a 10-15 minute drive away, with numerous other resorts within an hours' drive.
Tahoe Keys is a 750 acre planned lakefront community laced with inland waterways and bordering a wildlife refuge. Tahoe Keys has a marina, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, and a community beach. It is also very close to shopping, restaurants and bike trails.

We invested in this cabin because of its location on the sailing lagoon, walking distance to the marina and the Fresh Ketch restaurant, and amenities such as the tennis courts, swimming pools and proximity to Lake Tahoe. It is just a short bike ride from our cabin to Camp Richardson where there is another marina, a fun restaurant with rum runners on the deck and a great beach with swimming area. The South Lake Tahoe Steat Profile center and historic buildings compliment this exciting resort.

October ride on our famous "Flume Trail" on the east shore above Lake Tahoe. I moved to Tahoe in 1973 to ski after graduating from Oklahoma State University and I stayed! Harrah's recruited from our campus which caused a migration out West. Golfing at Edgewood, skiing at Kirkwood and Heavenly, boating after work, mountain biking, and riding the mountain passes on our Harley is our lifestyle.
