Cozy, charming, spacious, and recently redecorated, 1500 square foot, log cabin home, with two bedrooms (one with king and one with two twins) and two full baths, plus a screened off, semi-private nook with double futon adjacent to the living room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It comfortably sleeps six, but with sleeper sofa, can sleep eight.
It is perfect for a romantic vacation for two, or for two to three couples, or a family of six. The home is located above Steamboat Springs in a wooded setting with awesome views, just 3.7 miles from the gondola. Steamboat Springs is most famous for its "Champagne Powder." However, the natural Strawberry Hot Springs close to town is equally spectacular. Cross-country skiing, kayaking the Yampa, biking, hiking, visiting Fish Creek Falls (pictured on the Coors label), rollerblading or strolling the several miles-long river walk, shopping, tennis, golf, horseback riding, tubing, hanging out in the hot springs pools in town, and partaking in the many festivals all year round, make Steamboat Springs an incredible place for people of all ages to spend a week or two anytime of the year.
