The huge lanai with a 37-foot,heated by heat pump, sunny pool overlooks the golf course and pond. Wonderful for entertaining or spending quiet time alone in the hot tub. There is a wet bar on the lanai and pass-through window from the kitchen. Two sets of sliders (double and triple) open from the dining room/family room to the lanai and pool. The kitchen is open to the dining room and is fully-equipped.
This home is tastefully decorated with wicker and natural woods, new carpeting, and ceramic-tile floors. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds and the living room has sleeper sofas that will provide a good night's rest for three more guests.
