Victoria Square townhouse in South Rehoboth...the "Gingerbread Houses". The first floor features a fully functional granite kitchen stocked with all amenities including food processors, blender, and coffee maker with grinder option.
The open plan living and dining room is complete with Pergo floor, new furnishings in 2006 (including a full-size sleeper sofa), 27" TV, DVD/VCR, MP3 adaptable stereo system, Sony Play-station 2 and sliding glass doors that open to a patio area complete with a charcoal grill and outdoor dining furniture. There is also an enclosed outside shower for rinsing off the sand from the beach. A half bath completes the first floor layout.
On the second floor there is a large, bright master bedroom with queen bed, dresser, ceiling fan and television w/ DVD player. The room feels expansive given the vaulted ceilings and large peaked window. A second bedroom is perfect for two with twin beds and ample closet space. The third floor loft bedroom feels open and private, complete with a full-sized bed and dressing area.
In May 2008, the main bathroom was remodeled with new flooring, cabinet style vanity, granite counter and new commode...creating a spa like atmosphere; and all new carpeting was installed.
There are two dedicated parking spaces in front of the unit as well as ample guest parking. We provide a Rehoboth Beach parking permit which allows you to park on the neighboring side streets as well as parking close to the beach on the non-metered locations!
18 Victoria Square is a NON-SMOKING unit but is dog (no cats, sorry) friendly (slightly higher rates). Located IN TOWN & EAST of Route 1 inside the canal in South Rehoboth where State and Old Bay Roads merge and close to the 1B exit off of Rt 1, this unit is a short walk (15 minute) or bike ride to the beach/Poodle Beach using the foot bridge over Silver Lake.
It is also convenient and walkable to downtown Rehoboth with its fantastic restaurants and shopping along Rehoboth Avenue and Baltimore Street. A short drive away are the famous Tanger shopping outlets and historic Lewes where you can take the ferry to Cape May, New Jersey to explore the town’s Victorian heritage.
Come enjoy all that the Rehoboth Beach has to offer at an affordable, convenient and clean rental accommodation. Unit is also available off-season (October-April) for minimum 3-day rental periods except for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years which are weekly rentals (Friday to Friday).
Ask about our off-season monthly rate. Rent inlcudes heat, hot water, electric, local phone, upgraded cable, wireless DSL, water and sewer. For rentals of 3 or more months, tenant responsible for electric (heat is an electric heat pump and electric hot water). Discounts for multiple month rental available.
PLEASE NOTE: While the townhouse can accomodate up to 8 people it is ideally suited for up to 6. Please bear this in mind when booking.
From MAY 1 to OCTOBER 1 we rent from SATURDAY-SATURDAY for a 1 WEEK MINIMUM...NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you for understanding!
Pet Restrictions: We are limited to a maximum of two pets. Also, we can not accept the following breeds as per our insurance policy: Akitas, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepards, Pit Bulls/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies and Presa Canarios.
Wireless DSL connection provided by Verizon via Netgear wireless modem. Wireless connection to the router/modem by your laptop is not guaranteed. Ethernet cable for wired connection provided as a convenience.

We love staying at this house! It's so clean!!! The free parking permit was great for those days we wanted to drive to the beach instead of walking and thank you for being dog friendly. We'll be back next year!!!
