Victoria Square townhouse in South Rehoboth...the "Gingerbread Houses". The first floor features a fully functional granite kitchen stocked with all amenities including food processors, blender, and coffee maker with grinder option.
The open plan living and dining room is complete with Pergo floor, tasteful furnishings,42" flat screen TV, DVD, MP3 adaptable stereo system, Wii (with streaming Netflix) and sliding glass doors that open to a patio area complete with a charcoal grill and outdoor dining furniture. There is also an enclosed outside shower for rinsing off the sand from the beach. A half bath completes the first floor layout.
On the second floor there is a large, bright master bedroom with queen size Select Comfort Sleep Number bed, dresser, ceiling fan and television w/ DVD player. The room feels expansive given the vaulted ceilings and large peaked window. A second bedroom is perfect for two with twin beds and ample closet space. The third floor loft bedroom feels open and private, complete with a queen size bed and dressing area.
In May 2008, the main bathroom was remodeled with new flooring, cabinet style vanity, granite counter and new commode...creating a spa like atmosphere; and all new carpeting was installed.
There are two dedicated parking spaces in front of the unit as well as ample guest parking. We provide a Rehoboth Beach parking permit (needed May-Sept) which allows you to park on the neighboring side streets as well as parking close to the beach on the non-metered locations! This will save you $45/week!
This unit is NON-SMOKING and is dog (no cats, sorry) friendly (slightly higher rates). Located IN TOWN & EAST of Route 1 inside the canal in South Rehoboth where State and Old Bay Roads merge and close to the 1B exit off of Rt 1, this unit is a short walk (15 minute) or bike ride to the beach/Poodle Beach using the foot bridge over Silver Lake.
It is also convenient and walkable to downtown Rehoboth with its fantastic restaurants and shopping along Rehoboth Avenue and Baltimore Street. A short drive away are the famous Tanger shopping outlets and historic Lewes where you can take the ferry to Cape May, New Jersey to explore the town’s Victorian heritage.
Come enjoy all that the Rehoboth Beach has to offer at an affordable, convenient and clean rental accommodation. Unit is also available off-season (October-April) for minimum 3-day rental periods.
Ask about our off-season monthly rate. Rent includes heat, hot water, electric, local phone, upgraded cable, wireless DSL, water and sewer. For rentals of 3 or more months, tenant responsible for electric (heat is an electric heat pump and electric hot water). Discounts for multiple month rental available.
From MAY 1 to OCTOBER 1 we rent from SATURDAY-SATURDAY for a 1 WEEK MINIMUM...NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you for understanding!
Pet Restrictions: We are limited to a maximum of two pets. Also, we can not accept the following breeds as per our insurance policy: Akitas, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepard, Pit Bulls/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweiler, Siberian Huskies and Presa Canarios.
Wireless DSL connection provided by Verizon via Netgear wireless modem. Wireless connection to the router/modem by your laptop is not guaranteed. Ethernet cable for wired connection provided as a convenience.

Why the Owner Chose Rehoboth Beach
I love Rehoboth! It is close to DC, Philadelphia, Baltimore, yet quiet and relaxing. I love the outlets, the restaurants are amazing and the beach is soooo enjoyable.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
My goal is to make guests experience enjoyable and cost effective which I believe is one reason we have so many repeat guests. I personally clean the unit after each turnover (on rare occasions when there is a pressing conflict, I have one of the best cleaners in Rehoboth take care of the cleaning). Since I also use the unit, I keep it fully stocked with equipment that I want to use when I am down (grind and brew coffee pot, sleep number bed, etc.) Plus we have WiFi so you can stay connected despite the fact that you are on vacation!

I needed a place fast as plans for the trip came up a few days prior to travelling. Hotel options were few and very costly. Did a search for other options and came across this site and found this listing. Made contact and had everything setup fast and easy that same day. The owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Everything was handled via email and payment was greatly simplified with the use of PayPal. Could not have been any easier. My kids and I enjoyed the stay. Easy to find and not far from town and the boardwalk. Home cooked breakfast every morning and all the amenities of home available to cook any meal of the day. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a place to stay in Rehoboth Beach and may be interested in an alternative to a hotel room.

This is what the 21st century vacation should be like. Booked online, smooth PayPal transaction (including instant deposit refund!), excellent communication with owner via email and phone. The owner went out beyond our expectations to accommodate all our needs. The property is nice and clean and it's hard to believe that pets are staying at the property (being the a new puppy owner and trying to find a pet-friendly vacation property - I learned that not all pet-friendly properties are quite that clean). Even cutting the vacation a day shot due to the hurricane could not ruin it. Thank you for sharing your property with us. We will return next year!

There was a slight issue when we arrived at the property, and the owner went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The location and place is great, and we would recommend this rental to anyone. The parking pass was also great to have, and made going to the beach a lot easier!

We really enjoyed our weeks vacation at 18 Victoria Square. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We would for sure stay there again . Easy access to beach, stores etc. Thanks for allowing us to rent your home for the week. We made many lasting memories.

The property has easy access to route 1 and you can avoid the traffic from 1A because of its proximity to 1B. We enjoyed many walks with our dog around the scenic lake, which is just a few blocks away. The property is well maintained and has comfortable beds. There are dedicated parking spaces and a parking permit to be used in non-metered areas of Rehoboth. The owner is very responsive and proactive with his communications. The wireless internet access was fast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We love staying at this house! It's so clean!!! The free parking permit was great for those days we wanted to drive to the beach instead of walking and thank you for being dog friendly. We'll be back next year!!!
