Our unique, angled, floor plan provides GULF views from all rooms. This is "NOT" your typical shot-gun style floor plan. All rooms are angled/open with glass doors/windows from ceiling to floor. All rooms open to a huge 28-foot balcony overlooking pool and beautiful GULF. Our unit is very open, large, has 9' ceilings, great 18-inch tile floors. Unique features of this building include air-conditioned interior hallways and enclosed parking. Surfside Resort provides one of the area's most complete array of amenities.
There are 2 master bedroom suites. A huge master bedroom with a king-size bed with GULF view, beautiful furnishings, TV/VCR, large lighted walk-in closet, vanity table, and spacious master bath with large glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom with Gulf view has two full-size beds with beautiful furnishings, TV/VCR, closet, and full bath with tub/shower. Our 3rd bedroom unit has a king-size bed can be rented as a separate unit or as a 3rd bedroom. They all feature DESIGNER furnishings, tv/dvd, SPACIOUS master bathrooms.
The LIVING/DINING room is brilliantly designed with upscale details including an entertainment center with TV/DVD and STEREO SYSTEM WITH CD PLAYER. The living room/dining room includes a mirrored wall that creates a stunning panoramic view of the GULF. The living room QUEEN SIZE SLEEPER SOFA to allow comfortable accommodations for 12.
Our fully-furnished kitchen includes dishwasher, stove, refrig, micro, disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, fully stocked with dishes, even a crock pot. We have added many personal touches/items. Your every need has been anticipated. We also have washer/dryer and TV/VCR/DVDs in the living room and bedrooms.
There is plenty of storage to get your bags and "things" out of your way while you are relaxing. Full linens, towels, etc. are also provided. The huge balcony is completely furnished and accessorized.
SURFSIDE's over-sized pool area includes a large heated pool, two hot tubs, a kiddie pool, sauna, showers, shuffle board, and plenty of lounge chairs to relax and soak up the magnificent GULF rays. . There is a wonderful, private walkover from the pool area directly onto the sugar-white sand beach for your added convenience. We also have lighted tennis courts, basketball, shuffle board,covered parking, picnic area with BBQ grills, interior entrance (air conitioned) to EACH unit, and MORE.
Surfside also provides open and covered decking with picnic tables ON THE BEACH where you can watch gorgeous and romantic sunsets while you sip your afternoon beverage, or you can enjoy watching the playful dolphins and/or watch the interesting tourists walking and basking on what is ranked as one of the TEN MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES IN THE WORLD.

The view is wonderful. Condo is well decorated, very comfortable, the appliances are first rate, washer and dryer very convenient. The location is very convenient to beach, grocery, restaurants and shopping. We never had difficulty finding parking in the garage, parking spaces are spacious. Elevators are slow and crowded especially on weekends at check-in and check-out time. The loading area was very congested during this time also. Would recommend to friend or relative.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

I took my family of 5 and met another family of 6 and we thoroughly enjoyed the unit. The layout works well. The views are awesome. Sleeping area more than sufficient. Access to local areas in Destin to the west and locales to the east was too easy. Can't recommend this unit, nor the renting party, enough. Pool, hot tubs, and beach were VERY accessible. Priced affordably. Nicely outfitted with newer appliance and furniture. Highly recommended. Out of the busy hustle and bustle of Destin-a little to the east. But yet easy to get to activities, shopping, etc. Listing was accurate if not a little humble. The photos here do not do the unit justice.

My family and I stayed here in July of 2008. And I must say that the pictures do not do this place justice. It is beautiful there, very clean and a great value. I wiould highly reccommend this unit to anyone.

This condo is fabulous. Our family vacationed for a week in 2007 and are returning again this year. The views are spectacular, we watched the dolphins every morning. The pool and beach access are excellent. We especially like the umbrellas and chairs we have (at no extra charge). The beach is wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Our girls chose to return to this condo for vacation over a return trip to Disney.
