The Villamare Oceanfront complex is centrally located in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes. Villamare sits next to the Marriott Hotel and Disney Beach House. A few doors down is the Hilton Hotel.
The Villamare is the only condominium complex on the island with an indoor heated pool, brand new state-of-the-art fitness center, and indoor hot tub. Not to mention a heated outdoor pool, baby pool, and hot tub overlooking one of the finest beaches on the east coast.
Our unit was completely remodeled with the Tommy Bahama theme in October 2005. This includes new paint, carpet, vertical blinds, beds, and furniture. This is a very spacious condominium with approximately 1300 square feet. Our condominium offers an entrance foyer then two separate rooms. Great for traveling with two families. One room has two queen beds, leather coach, TV and VCR, full bath, and its own furnished balcony. The second room has your kitchen, great room with queen pull-out couch, and a separate master suite with a whirlpool tub in the middle of the floor. The master suite also offers a shower and sink. This room also has is own furnished balcony. Take a few minutes to review the pictures to see the picturesque landscape and ocean views.
Palmetto Dunes is home to the Top Five-Rated Tennis Complex in the United States and the famous Fazio Golf Course, Arther Hills Golf Course, and Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. Not to mention its own general store within walking distance to the Villamare and the four-star Alexander Restaurant. Also located within Palmetto Dunes is bike rentals, canoeing, fishing, etc.
