Come vacation and relax in our updated Moorings Villa! We are located in Palmetto Dunes, which is a gated secure community. Our two bedroom, oceanside villa is located on the top floor of a very small complex. If you enjoy privacy, then our home is for you!
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, full private bath, dressing area, cable TV and DVD/VCR. There are sliding doors which lead to a private deck overlooking the lagoon. The second bedroom boasts two full-size beds, a private bath, cable TV and DVD/VCR. Sliding doors lead to a second deck overlooking the lagoon.
Our spacious living room has access to both private decks. It is equipped with a sleeper sofa, cable TV, VCR, and DVD player. The kitchen is well-equipped. The dining area will seat six comfortably.
Once you leave our beautiful villa, it is a very short walk to the beach, pool, golf, tennis and restaurants. It is the perfect location for a family vacation. During peak season there is a complimentary shuttle service to take you to your favorite Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove locations.
