This four year old home is located on the eighth green of the Tom Weiskopf designed golf course. Sit in the private, pebble tec pool and spa surrounded by lush landscaping and enjoy the stunning views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Backyard has a stainless steel built-in gas barbecue.
There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen-size bed in the third bedroom/casita. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, spacious closet, and TV. Living room has a 42" plasma flat screen TV above the fireplace with surround sound, DVD & CD players as well as radio. Free telephone and high-speed, wireless internet included. Luxury linens (500 thread count) and towels are provided. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Kitchen has gas range and is fully-equipped. House is professionally cleaned upon your departure.

Sharon and Marcella have been friends for years and are business partners in real estate in the Bay area covering the Peninsula from San Jose to Millbrae. Our office is in Los altos, near Palo alto and Stanford University. While visiting Sharon's brother, who lives in PGA West, we found this home and decided to purchase it. Our families as well as us love the desert, our sparkling pool, and all the wonderful golf that is available. Our vacation home is relaxing and fun.
