  This is our 4th or 5th visit to this condo. The owners are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We enjoy this location as it is close to the beach and tennis. The condo is well equipped and we are especially grateful that dogs are considered as guests. We love the great restaurants and look forward to going back each year. We would certainly recommend this property to friends and family.

  Deb, Upstairs BR lamps could use attention to the lamp sockets which were loose. Also, the left sink in the upstairs bath drains slowly, and might be partially clogged. We loved the view of the lagoon, and the wildlife.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

  Owner response: Thank you for posting your review for your 4 week February stay at our Inland Harbour Villa. Yes, the lagoon view and wildlife are wonderful. We are members of the Audubon Society and enjoy the variety of birds that come. We saw a Stork on our last visit in January in addition to the usual assortment of Herons, Egrets, and Anhingas. We appreciate notification of the maintenance issues too. Most of our guests let us know directly as things pop up if it is important, but it is good of you to let us know albeit belatedly so we can trouble shoot as soon as possible. As you know, IH is our second home and we have a special interest in keeping things in top condition. We hope you have many good memories of your stay and will come back and visit often.

  Had a wonderful extended stay (2 weeks) at Inland Harbor. The villa is spacious and in a terrific prime location and being in Sea Pines is of course very special in its own right. Great experience having our Golden retriever there with us, he (and we) loved the Beach Club and the marina and received tons of attention from neighbors and visitors walking the paths. Deb the owner was a pleasure to work with answering my questions. You will love the view from the deck here, very scenic, full of nature and peaceful. And the upstairs master BR king is very comfortable, too easy to sleep in every morning as you wish! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

  This was our first time visting Hilton Head Island, but it definitely won't be our last. Not knowing the orientation of the island, I was a little concerned that this condo is located in "Inland" Harbour. Well, there was no reason for concern. Just as the owner, Deb, describes the condo is located just minutes away from everything! We rented bicycles right across the street and rode the bike trails everywhere including Harbour Town, the beach, Lawton Stables, etc. The condo was so nice with two bedrooms with kingsize beds on separate floors. Our teen/tween girls stayed in the downstairs bedroom and my husband and I stayed upstairs. We saved a lot of money by eating 2 meals a day at the condo rather than eating out. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, pots & pans, and serving pieces. There is even a large stock pot for boiling crabs that you can easily catch off the pier at Harbour Town for dinner. The daily visit by the alligator and the numerous turtles in the lagoon was a highlight. We enjoyed the pool and made some friends from Ottawa that we met up with each evening. We toured a new timeshare highrise condo, but it felt so hotel-like compared to staying at Inland Harbour. We couldn't imagine having to take an elevator up to our condo, down to get to the crowded pool, up carry our groceries, etc. And, where would we store the bicycles? Yuck! This condo is two story, located at ground level, right near the uncrowded pool and tennis courts, situated in a very beautifully landscaped lush setting, very private, and safe. We will look no further when planning our return trip to HHI. The owner is great to work with. Everything as described. No complaints. And, our dog enjoyed being with us on this trip. • PERFECT villa - - especially for two couples

  Hours and hours of research really paid off when I found this two story, two bedroom villa. I was planning a trip for four adults with only four weeks notice and found that, unfortunately, the vast majority of available two bedroom villas had twin beds. This villa not only had KING beds in both bedrooms, but each bedroom was on a different level - - PLUS there was a wonderful sitting area on the second floor, as well. It looked perfect for our situation, and it was! The villa was lovely and exactly as the pictures reflected! Our favorite feature was the stairwell surrounded by glass windows in the middle of the living/dining area which gave us a phenomenal view of the lagoon, fountain, and 12th fairway of Heron Point Golf Course! Another "fun" addition was "Bob!" Yes, our son-in-law named the eight foot alligator who sunned and swam beneath our balcony regularly. In addition, the owner, Debra, was very helpful and always answered her phone and email promptly. We loved everything about our first trip to Hilton Head, and a major part of that enjoyment was returning "home" to a great villa at the end of the day.

• Wonderful Vacation!!

  This was our 7th vacation on the island and I think it was our favorite. The villa was great and we loved the location. Being visited by two alligators every morning as we ate breakfast was awesome. Our Miniature Schnauzer, "Ruger", was very entertained by this as well. The villa has a very nice pool area, and the beach access was fantastic. Deb (the owner) was very kind and helpful and a pleasure to rent from. The Seapines atmosphere is so relaxing I can't imagine wanting to stay any where else on the island. Thank you Dickensheets Family for sharing your lovely villa. It was truly a blessing!!

  We enjoyed our stay during the Heritage Golf Tourney very much. The condo is well appointed and very convenient to the golf course and other activities around Harbour Town. We would rent this villa again when we next visit Hilton Head Island

  We had a great time during our week long stay. The villa fully met our expectations. Great accommodations with the two king size beds, one upstairs and one down below. The washer/dryer allowed us to pact a lot lighter since we knew cound do laudry twice during the week. We played tons of golf (eight rounds in six days) on the island and nearby Bluffgton, S.C. None of the trips in our rental was more than 20-25 minutes from our villa. My wife has a blast shopping, going to the beach and a day trip over to historic Savannah, Ga. The villa also has a "pet" alligator that would swim over and greet us every time we went out on the porch above the lagoon. Great time. Great accommodations.

  We recently spent a week at your condo and enjoyed it thoroughly. The proximity to Harbour Town, the beach, and tennis courts was excellent. The view from the deck overlooking a lagoon and golf course made the mornings and afternoons very enjoyable. I would hightly recommend this to friends and families. The condo is very large with lots of space for families and room to entertain if you so wish. Visiting Sea Pines and Hilton Head Island is one of the special places we really enjoy. Having priced other condo's this is an exceptional value with lots of quality features.

Cancellation policy:

Rules and Regulations (Sea Pines Resort Villa) 2459 Inland Harbour Sea Pines Plantation Hilton Head Island, South Carolina 29928 Check-in Time is after 4 PM EST and Checkout is 10AM EST. NO early check-ins. • This is a NONSMOKING unit. • Pets are not permitted in the villa under any conditions without consent of owner. • We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 1. PAYMENT –25% Rent is due upon acceptance of contract. An advance payment of the balance of rent (75%) is required sixty (60) days before arrival. (Rentals of 3 weeks or more require an advance payment of 25% of the rent 120 days before arrival, with the remainding 50% due 60 days before arrival.) 2. CANCELLATIONS-A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Rates may be subject to change. 3. MULTIWEEK RESERVATIONS CANCELLATIONS-Renters of more than 3 weeks must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Multiweek renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must cancel at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in. 4. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY-The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to six (6) persons. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A THREE (3) night minimum stay. 5. Longer minimum stays may be required during the summer or holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night rate. 6. INCLUSIVE FEES-Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. 7. NO DAILY CLEANING SERVICE-While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate; however, it is available at an additional rate. Washer and dryer are in the villa for your convenience. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 8.Bicycles are not permitted inside the villa. (They may be kept in the service area for the villa. 9. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS-Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in. 10. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS-Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 11. GATE PASSES-Sea Pines Plantation is a gated community that requires a pass for entry. Gate pass will be available the day of your arrival at the Sea Pines Security drive through window at the Greenwood Gate. Sea Pines Plantation has covenants and restrictions. No motorcycles, RV, trailers, boats or commercial vehicles are permitted through the gates. 12. We have a new digital lock system and will give you your own personal code for entry prior to your check in. PET ADDENDUM for pet friendly rentals with prior approval of owners- 1.Guest hereby agrees to comply the following: a. Dog must be a mature housebroken dog, no puppies b. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations AND ALL OTHER VACCINATIONS c. Heart worm preventive is highly recommended. 2.Dogs must be leashed at all times when out of doors. 3.Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. 4.Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. 5.All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three(3) days prior to arrival. 6.Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the repair will be charged to the pet owner. 7.Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. 8.Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet will not be left unattended on balcony. Dog must be crated when left unattended in the villa. 9.Please shower and towel your dog outdoors to remove sand and water before entering the villa. (Bring your own towels for this purpose since Classic Home Care only provides towels for humans.) 10.Homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises. The Guest shall be solely responsible for the pet while on the property.
