The balcony is an ideal place to enjoy the seabreeze as you look at the Pacific Ocean and the beach goers. Also a perfect place to wrap up the day and catch the sunset with someone special!
- Gazebo: The backyard offers a tropical themed gazebo, which can serve as a tranquil place to share drinks with friends, a shady place to store your surfboards or whatever your imagination can conjure!

- Beach View: The second story balcony provides clear views of the beach, the nature preserve, the Mission Bay Channel (sailboats), and the Sea World observation tower. The home is nestled against the San Diego River Nature Preserve, and the backyard provides access to a raised path which leads to the beach. The beach is approximately a 2 minute walk from the home.
