  Assunta and Fabrizio, the owners, are wonderful people. At our arrival, they were there with to help us with our luggage. There is an elevator which is really helpful since the apartment is located on the 3rd or 4th floor. The apartment was clean and big enough for our family of 5 people. The bedrooms are large, the beds are comfortable and there was a crib for our little daughter. The kitchen is practical and had everything needed including a highchair, they had made a grocery order with traditional Italian products to start our journey in Roma, very much appreciated. The living room was great and the kids were even able to watch movies provided by the owner. The bathroom was large and clean. We think that the best asset of this apartment was the terrace, where we spent most of the time. The location is great since the Vatican is a 5-10 minutes walk and the metro/subway is across the street so you can reach most of the tourist attractions within 15 to 20 minutes. The washing machine is new and worked well, the only advised I would give is do not use the washing machine and the dish washer at the same time, you will make the baker go off. There was also a laptop with a printer provided which were handy to print online tickets for museums. I hope to have the opportunity to go back and will definitely recommend the place to my friends.   We have just spent 4 magical days in Rome using Vacanze Roma Lux as our base. It was so easy to get food from the supermarket just a few minutes from the apartment and cook it up in the apartment kitchen. Two of us are gluten/dairy free and we had no trouble finding food both at the supermarket and the fantastic gluten free shop right across the street. The metro is an easy walk making all the sights accessible in no time. We walked to the Vatican and good restaurants in the area. Assunta is a great host and has answers to all your questions. The apartment is very comfortable and we would definitely recommend it to anyone heading to Rome that wants a comfortable quiet place to stay with plenty of space.

  Our stay in Rome was made perfect with the Roma Lux apartment. It is ideally located at a short walk from the Vatican and the Cipro metro station is at its doorstep. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace when we were not exploring the city. Outside there is a Carrefour supermarket and plenty of shops and a few places to eat. It suited our needs as a family with young teenagers visiting Rome. The owners Assunta and Fabrizio made us very welcome and they were friendly and professional. I have no reservation recommending the apartment to family members and friends who want to visit Rome. We would definitely choose the apartment for any future visist to Rome. Thank you Assunta and Fabrizio !

  We had a wonderful stay in Rome at Roma Lux. The appartment is very close to the Metro station and the supermarket which was most convenient. There are numerous restaurants in the neighbourhood as well and the Vatican is within walking distance. All in all perfectly situated. The appartment is lovely with ample space and all the amenities of home. It was lovely to relax in a space that felt like home after a day sightseeing. The balcony was an exceptionally lovely space in the afternoon. The owner was friendly and accommodating and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  Rom in 5 Tagen! Erholen konnten wir uns in der tollen Wohnung von Assunta. Sie liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, man fällt fast von der Haustür in die U-Bahn. Auch zu Fuß kommt man zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, 10 Minuten zu den Vatikanischen Museen, 20 Minuten zum Petersdom........ Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sehr gepflegt. Das Highlight aber ist der riesengroße überdachte Balkon, auf dem wir jeden morgen gefrühstückt haben ( ein Supermarkt befindet sich 2 Häuser weiter) und auf dem wir uns abends von den anstrengenden Touren erholen konnten. Auch der Kontakt nach Hause kam nicht zu kurz, in der Wohnung hat man  w-lan, es steht einem außerdem ein Laptop und ein Drucker zu freien Verfügung! Assunta ist eine bemerkenswerte Gastgeberin, sie steht jederzeit für Fragen und Problemlösungen zur Verfügung. Zur Begrüßung stand der Küchentisch voll mit allem Lebensnotwendigen ( Milch, Wasser, Brot, Kaffee, Kuchen ........) Unser Fazit lautet:  Unser Romaufenthalt hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen und dazu haben Assunta und ihre Ferienwohnung einen sehr großen Teil beigetragen. Danke!   Über Pfingsten (25.05. – 29.05.2012) haben wir (Eltern mit drei erwachsenen Töchtern) wundervolle Tage in Rom und in der Ferienwohnung von Assunta und Fabrizio verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Nur ca. 50 m zur Metrostation Cipro, außerdem gibt es diverse Buslinien, die praktisch direkt vor der Haustür herfahren. Man weiß allerdings nie, wann der gewünschte Bus kommt, genaue Abfahrtszeiten kennen die Römer nicht. Also etwas Geduld mitbringen! Direkt nebenan gibt es einen großen Supermarkt (Carrefour) im Untergeschoss, mit großer Brottheke. Hier bekommt man wirklich alles, was man braucht. Morgens frische Brötchen holen und abends spontan entscheiden, ob man selbst kochen möchte, die Zutaten frisch holt oder doch lieber eine Pizza direkt unten am Haus kauft. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, äußerst sauber und bietet ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen. Wir haben besonders die riesige Terrasse genossen und genutzt. Hier haben wir jede Mahlzeit eingenommen und den Tag gemütlich bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen. Praktisch war auch der Computer, den man kostenlos nutzen konnte: den nächsten Tag planen, die Wettervorhersage verfolgen, mails abrufen… Die Kinder haben deutsches Fernsehprogramm vermisst, vielleicht könnte man hier noch etwas einrichten. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, das Einzige was uns Müsliessern fehlte, waren Müslischalen zum Frühstück. Aber wir haben uns halt mit Suppentellern beholfen. Assunta, unsere Gastgeberin, ist supernett und kümmert sich um alles. Sie hat viele Tipps und nützliche Hinweise, Kartenmaterial, Restauranttipps,… Außerdem hat Assunta den privaten Flughafentransfer für uns organisiert. Alles hat perfekt geklappt! Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, haben die Adresse auch bereits an Freunde weitergegeben, die im kommenden Jahr Rom besuchen wollen und wir hoffen sehr, bald selbst wiederkommen zu können.   Ich war Anfang März in Rom und kann über dieses Ferienwohnung nur gutes Berichten . Sehr schöne , helle und mit liebe zum Details eingerichtet Zimmer . Das Highlight war für uns die sehr große Terrasse wo man sehr schön den Romtag ausklingen lassen kann. Desweiteren gibt es einen PC mit Internetzugang den man benutzen kann und so seine Tagesausflüge optimal planen kann . Die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin Asunda rundet den wirklich guten Eindruck dieser Ferienwohnung ab.

  Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour (1 semaine) du 25 Avril au 2 Mai dans ce très bel appartement, très bien entretenu. Accueil chaleureux d'Assunta et Fabrizzio, toujours disponibles. L'appartement correspond tout à fait au descriptif, idéalement placé à proximité immédiate du métro (2 mn) et d'un carrefour à 2 mn également. Grand balcon ou l'on peut prendre sont petit déjeuner et ses repas avec grand plaisir. Sans oublier un ordinateur avec connexion internet et Wi Fi, idéal pour programmer ses sorties ou réserver les musées. Un excellent souvenir! Gwenael, Marielle et les enfants

  Sono stata con la mia famiglia per 2 notti in questo bellissimo appartamento, accessoriato perfettamente, pulitissimo, ubicazione ottimale, con stazione metro a pochi passi. Assunta, la padrona di casa, è stata davvero molto disponibile e gentile. Speriamo di fare un'altra vacanza a Roma, tornando assolutamente qui. Orietta e Antonio
