Don't go all the way to the ocean only to stay back off the beach. Start your days with quiet breakfast and an expresso on the patio. Upstairs has two spacious bedrooms (one master/ king and two twins that can be combined), two bathrooms and a huge greatroom with expansive views, game area, formal dining and a complete, high end home theater system. The kitchen is equipped with a commercial espresso machine, excellent cutlery and utensils, granite counter tops, travertine floors, blender, dual coffee maker, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, etc. the bar area features an arcade quality foosball table.
The downstairs features two oceanfront bedrooms (one king, one queen) a bathroom with a marble shower and a separate private oceanfront patio with a hammock & outdoor shower.
Indulge yourself with the Las Gaviotas experience. Relax with the mild, year round climate, clean air, fresh ocean breezes, and warm sunshine. You may choose private walks, relaxing evening swims, or the night life of Puerto Nuevo Lobster Village or Rosarito Beach nearby.
