For Example; Stay in Casa Bahiti (4BR 3BA) - Las Gaviotas's favorite rental. It is the LARGEST rental right on the BEACH-FRONT (not by the rocks, not underground) in Las Gaviotas. Don't go all the way to the ocean only to stay back off the beach. Start your days with quiet breakfast and an expresso on the patio. Spend the day on the deck or the sand basking in the sun and end it with breathtaking sunsets from the main living room. This over 3000 square foot home sits on a perch directly above the beach with 200 degrees of spectacular views. It is adforned with high hend finishes and the finest of furnishings.
Upstairs has two spacious bedrooms (one master/ king and two twins that can be combined), two bathrooms and a huge greatroom with expansive views, and a complete, high end home theater system. The kitchen is equipped with a commercial espresso machine, excellent cutlery and utensils, granite counter tops, travertine floors, blender, dual coffee maker, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, etc. the bar area features an arcade quality foosball table.
The downstairs features two oceanfront bedrooms (one king, one queen) a bathroom with a marble shower and a separate private oceanfront patio with a hammock & outdoor shower.
Indulge yourself with the Las Gaviotas experience. Relax with the mild, year round climate, clean air, fresh ocean breezes, and warm sunshine. You may choose private walks, relaxing evening swims, or the night life of Puerto Nuevo Lobster Village or Rosarito Beach nearby.
