  This villa is outstanding . From the minute we got there till we had to go home . Not one problem . Just amazing would recommend it to anyone . All mod cons huge bedrooms all fantastically decorated . Words can't discribe how happy we were lounge massive with comfy suit and massive tv . Pool area fab . Can't say a bad word about this place thanks David and Kim (owners ) you made our holiday

  Probably one of the best rental locations on Highlands Reserve overlooking the golf course. House well maintained and furnished to a high standard. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen and clean towels and bed linen. Very convenient for Disney, ideal for popping home for a rest and swim before heading back for the evening. Local supermarket a few minutes away by car and a short ride to the 192 'strip' for all the restaurants you could need. The plus of this house is that it offers privacy for two families, the main bedroom being separated by a hall and lounge offering the opportunity to come and go without disturbing the whole house. Good communication with owner, would return without hesitation.

  As soon as you pull up on the drive you felt at home. The villa was everything David and Kim had said it was. the photo's don't do it justice. As you enter the villa we were impressed with how clean it was, this made us feel that we had chosen well. It was spacious and well laid out. The pool was larger than we expected and the sun bathing area was large enough for my party to enjoy the sun and relax at night with a drink or two. The interior was at a high standard and was clear that it is well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our two weeks stay. Everybody in my party (7 of us) all agreed that this was the best villa we had stayed in (holidaying in Florida 6 years in a row) and will be booking this villa for next year. David gave us some good tips for eating out and he was right - Applebees was great value and the food was great, a good place to relax after a busy day of parks/sightseeing . Steve & Jo

  A lovely villa set in a perfect location. David and Kim's villa is beautiful and without hesitation we will be back. All the facitilties you will need, with plenty of room and felt like home as soon as we walked through the door. Great communication with all documentation and instructions. Thank you for letting us use your villa, I wish I was still there.

  We have just returned to our home after spending the winter in the most spectacular house in Highland Reserve. This is our 5th winter in Highland Reserve and this house has exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless upon arriving and not having to clean for 3 days as I had to do in previous years made me very happy. The Management Company who takes care of David and Kim's home are without a doubt the "best" in Highland Reserve. They have kept this home in pristine condition. The owners David and Kim are lovely people and it is like dealing with family. There is not a thing you could want for in this home. The home is stocked with everything that you would ever need to keep you comfortable. It is hard to live away from your own home for three months but the entire time I felt like I was at home. The outside lounging area is the highlight of the house. It is huge and the view is gorgeous. There is plenty of seating and you can either have sun or shade any time of the day. You do get some laughs watching the golfers go by. In fact I was one of them. It's a great course and my husband and I played a combined 100 rounds of golf in three months. If you want to have a vacation of a lifetime without any stress I would recommend this home. We have already rented it for the winter of 2013. I would never think of going to another home in Highland Reserve. Kudo's to David and Kim and the Management Company for this beautiful home.

  We stayed in this Villa over Christmas and the high standard of the property and furnishings certainly exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in several Villas in this area before but this one was by far of the highest standard. Well equipped and furnished and set in a lovely location backing onto the Golf Course. The Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and is situated on a lovely quiet community close to Publix and Walmart as well as the Theme Parks. David and Kim kept in regular contact with us and the local Property Management Company were on hand for any problems. Would not hesitate in recommending and look forward to returning again in the very near future.

  Just spent a fabulous two weeks in David & Kim's villa at Highlands Reserve The villa itself had everything we could ask for. Well everything but a teapot! (but David promises to rectify even that). The location is perfect, situated in a private estate, but within 20 to 30 mins of all the attractions. It's easy to get to from the airport and has plenty of amenities nearby. David was very attentive to our needs before we left and was in regular contact with instructions for getting to the villa and what to expect when we got there. We'll definitely come back to this villa if we return to Orlando anytime soon

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, people with disabilities.

  7 of us spent two weeks in this fabulous Villa. It contained everything we could of wanted, was extremely comfortable, clean and well maintained. The pool is a great relief from the hot Florida sun and the patio provides a lovely area to enjoy meals or just relax with a drink. The views of the golf course are spectacular and Highlands Reserve is a quiet and safe community. Close to all the parks, resturants and shopping malls, this is a perfect base to explore the area. We will definately be back, thank you!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
