Nestled, in a popular neighborhood, off of the main strip in Jaco. The house is within walking distance to a variety of shops, restaurants, nightclubs,and one of the best surfing beaches in Costa Rica. Just north is Los Suenos marina at Herradura , and to the south is Manuel Antonio National Park. It is no more than two hours south of San Jose and the airport.

  • My family of 4 (Dad and 3 kids in early 20's) just got back from Jaco and stayed in the house. It was awesome. The house was clean and near everything. The owner left contact numbers in case anything were to go wrong. The rooms were very big with atleast a full size bed in each room. There was nothing to complain about the accommodation. I recommend this house 100%.

  • This place is fantastic, I was in costa rica for the first time, and loved my stay here. Just up the street from the beach, private pool everything. The house has a private gardened back yard. also white sad beach close by 10 mins north in punta leona was very nice. Check out manuel antonio just 45mins to 1 hour south and see monkies!!! we will be back for sure. Hope you enjoy Thanks, Aheesh and Nate

  • I just came back from that wonderful tropical house in Jaco. Every morning I awoke with birds singing out my window. The backyard has a wonderful Garden and awesome swimming pool. It was so peaceful and relaxing back there. The house is quite large with enough room for 2 couples and their kids. You can walk from the house to the main strip in Jaco where you will find everything you will need. The beach is just a short walk also. The owner of the house had everything set up for us when we arrived. She will work with you to make sure you get the full effect of Costa Rica. If you want a great place to stay that is close to everything in Jaco you have found you Casa.

  • I had the pleasure to stay, for two weeks, in this tropical paradise where the ocean is only a few blocks away, excellent food is around the corner, and if you like to fish, scuba dive, surf, site see, bird watch etc... The list goes on and on. The canopy tours are a must! There are so many adventures here ,you'll want to come right back. The house is located close to all of these. While at the house, you will enjoy swimming in the pool surrounded by a very well maintained tropical garden. All of the appliances and furnishings are new, and tastefully done. Come check it out for yourself. You will not be disappointed. Book your vacation now before someone else does! I had a great time, and I will definately do it again.

  • I stayed for one week in this beautiful house. The house was very clean and well appointed. The air conditioning worked great. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything yet on a peaceful street. The Pool is in it`s own little eden surrounded with beautiful flowers and miniature banana trees. I spent more time sleeping in a raft in the pool than i did sightseeing. Be sure to avail yourself of the owners (Bronwyn)local connections. Bronwyn had us picked up at the airport as well as arrainging crocodile sightings and zipline canopy tours. Do not skip lobsterfest. Better than a travel agent. 110% satasfied.

  • We've just spent a wonderful 1 week holiday at this lovely house. We were so happy with this place, town and all. First the house. It was fantastic! What can we say.. the pool, the pool, and oh yeah, that pool!! It's so lovely swimming in the yard because of the privacy & all the colorful plants, making you feel like you're at your own private resort. The house is surrounded with the hills of Costa Rica, reminding you that your in Central America every time you look up. The house was really clean, comfortable and inviting with a wonderful kitchenette for cooking, although you didn't need it because of all the fantastic restaurants just a stones throw away, suitable for Travelers on a budget as well as honeymooners. You're only 1 1/2 blocks away from the main strip where there is plenty of shopping and nightlife. We were quite surprised with how quiet it was, considering how close you were to everything. There is a lovely black-sand beach with the most amazing sunsets just around the corner. The place is big enough to go down with quite a few people or to just have your own romantic getaway. We highly recommend this place, we had a wonderful time! The only downside is not being able to take it home with you. If you want to see photos, just e-mail us. Claire & Chloe xx

  • this house was amazing I felt like I had my own private resort with my family. it was in one of the best neighborhoods in town and we could walk to everything. the web site doesn't do this house justice you have to see it to believe it. plent of room the beds were great,huge king bed in the master, another with an unbeliebable queen bed, and two other rooms with double beds, plenty of space. every night lit tiki torches and watced the stars and the moon from the pool which is very private with plenty of hang out space and it is beautifully lit. All I can say is dont miss out on this opportunity, can't beat it for the price.
