This 3BR Villa has 3.5 baths is located in a gated 24hour security guard area called Grand Marina Villas next to the fabulous 5 star Paradise Village Beach & Spa Resort.
The Master BR has a king size bed, TV, marbled shower, a separate Jacuzzi jetted tub and its own covered patio deck. The second BR has 2 double beds, TV and its own bath. The third BR has a king size bed and its own TV and bath. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room with access to a powder bath.

There is a full size kitchen with all appliances and utensils provided. The living room has a TV and DVD player with the dining room leading to a 2nd covered patio deck. The Villa is equipped with a washer and dryer with each BR having their own air conditioning and fan controls. The villa can comfortably sleep 8 people.

Just steps from the Villa is an air conditioned shopping mall with fast food restaurants like Dominos, Mc Donald’s, boutique shops, bank, medical facilities, internet cafes, specialty/gourmet restaurants and even a grocery store.

There are several theme nights with live music, a daily list of activities and even a disco. Tours can easily be arranged and you are only a few miles away from a water park.

Downtown Puerto Vallarta is about a 20 minutes boat or car taxi ride away and has many fine dining specialty shops and fun places like Carlos O´Brian to visit and enjoy.

Optional access with Social Memberhip: Only a short walk away are several pools, a miniature zoo and miles of white ocean sandy beaches. The resort has world class spa facilities offering massages and health/beauty treatments and a state of the art fitness center. The new Sport Center even has a childcare center with its own pool and rec area. Golfing is available at nearby fabulous El Tigre Golf Course.

  • The Lanahan VILLA EXCEEDED our expectations. It is everything & more then described on VRBO website. VERY large condo, beautiful grounds & pool, VERY private living next to 5 star Paradise Resort within easy walking distance. Very safe for kids, convenient shopping & grocery next door. All staff at at Villa, Paradise, and everyone downtown was very, very friendly. If you like golf, tennis & world class fitness & spa, get EL TIGRE package....WOW!! I highly recommend Dick's Villa!!   • This was our best time ever at Paradise Village. We are timeshare members at Paradise Village but we needed more room for my in-laws and this is why we rented this beautiful villa. Wow! beautiful, comfortable and with nice views of the garden, pool and marina. What more do you want or need? I felt truly in paradise when sitting outside on the balcony drinking my morning coffee in peace and serenity. We will certantly recommend this villa.

  • My family and I just got back from our vacation in Nuevo Vallarta - we had one of the best vacations ever! The house was beautiful and very spacious. The complex, including the two pools were very clean. We loved the location of the house, right next to a pool, and a short walk from the beach and hotel pool. I would definately recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful family vacation!

Great location, right next to a grocery store and restaurants but secluded enough to enjoy some quiet time. The owners of this villa have always been very responsive to questions and concerns. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

  • This is our 4th time to Paradise Village, and by far the best accommodations we've had yet. We visited with our two children and my parents. The villa was perfectly suited to us and our family. The villa is very well equipped and large enough to lose each other in. If we return to Paradise Village, we would definitely rent the villa again. Highly recommended!
