SEAGROVE BEACH - This beautiful, three-story,limited GULF VIEW, BEACH HOUSE is located off SCENIC Highway 30-A, less than a TWO MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH! Nicely decorated and fully equipped with everything to make your vacation wonderful. Kitchen has just been updated with stainless steel appliances, beautiful new cabinets, and a bar area that provides 4 more places to eat.
There are 5 bedrooms, 3 baths providing sleeping accomodations for upto 14 people. There are 3 King Size beds, 1 Queen Sleeper sofa, 1 Full futon and 4 Twin beds (2 sets of bunk beds). The main living area consisting of the den, dining area, and kitchen are located on the first floor as well as one of the bedrooms with a King size bed. This is a nice features for those who don't like lots of steps.
The second floor consists of 2 bedrooms which both have King size beds. The master bedroom has a large private bathroom while the other bedroom shares a hall bathroom.
The third floor, also known as the kid area, has 2 bedrooms which have a bunk bed set in each room. There is a den area between the 2 bedrooms with a full size futon which provides a great place for kids to play and watch their TV programs while the adults watch their TV programs on the first floor.
This BEACH HOUSE has a LARGE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, THAT CAN BE HEATED, LARGE SUNDECK, WRAP-AROUND DECKS off each bedroom, gas grill, wireless DSL Internet service, beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach with you, and a private dining deck. Parking for four or more autos, even a boat trailer. The perfect family retreat or a couples' get-away. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. No renters under the age of 25.

The combination of having a pool with a 'woodsy' feel to the property was excellent. The house being on a dead end street (with few houses) was an added plus for our little ones playing outside. Although you had to cross the streeet to have beach access, it was a few minutes walk . It was helpful to put little ones in the wagon/strollers. The house was neat/clean upon arrival and the owners responded promptly when needed. The house having 3 separate floors provided opportunity for the different families to have some privacy & get away time from the group. Overall, excellent & would stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Beach Baby was the perfect accommodation for our week in Sea Grove. It had been years since my family had vacationed with my sister's family. We were all in Sea Grove for a week for my son's beach wedding. We quickly fell into a routine walking to the beach in the morning and spending the afternoon at the house pool. The house was in great condition and everyone had their own space. The owners were attentive to our needs, especially on wedding day. I would highly recommend this property for families looking for a place to truly relax and enjoy the Sea Grove/Sea Side area.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

WOW!! We wish we where still there! The pictures you see are all true! Clean and very spacious for my family of eleven. Short walk to the beach, very nice pool that the kids truly enjoyed. This house in on a quiet relaxing deadend street with lots of privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked(including my 2 fish baskets I left..ha ha) WE WILL RETURN to this home away from home. thanks again to Karen and the Pearly White Properties for our special memories!! :)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed here for our first getaway alone since having children, almost 4 years ago. Beach Baby was PERFECT for a quiet relaxing trip. We loved the private pool, and everything about the house. The beach is just across the street and the nearby restaurants are excellent. We hope to repeat the same trip for many years to come.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We rented this house with another couple we had five boys ages 3-13. We had a great time we spent our mornings and evenings in the pool and the afternoons on the beach. The house was clean and very nice. The size was perfect for our two families.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
