Come play or relax in this large, private and beautifully decorated home. Located on a quiet street with lots of trees and privacy. This 2000 square foot home is just minutes from two of the three beaches with the golf course and country club just up the street. Pine Mt. Lake is a private gated community devoted to rest and relaxation. Within the gates you can golf, horse back ride, swim, boat or fish. The Main marina has a very large sandy beach with volleyball, boating and a snack shack.
The town of Groveland which is just one mile away provides all the necessary amenities.
The house is a great base for many day trips which include, Yosemite, Hetch Hetchy, Lake Don Pedro, Tuolumne Meadows and Gold Country mining towns such as Jamestown and Sonora. During the winter you can go sledding just 30 minutes up the mountain or head down the mountain towards Sonora for skiing at either Dodge Ridge (one Hour) or Bear Valley (one plus hour). My favorite winter activity is ice skating in Yosemite and then enjoying a fabulous meal at the Awahnee Hotel.
We have owned this vacation home for four years and it is truly a wonderful place to stay with so much natural beauty all around you to enjoy. This home is a wonderful place for families and our home is always highly maintained.
