DESIGNER FURNISHINGS!!!!
We completed the upgrade of our townhome & it's absolutely beautiful! The exterior of our building has had a face-lift as well! New roofs, stucco & stone siding, and exterior doors have been added, providing our home with a fresh new look.
Our Mountain Meadows home is located in East Vail with easy access to the free Town of Vail Bus (less than a 50 yard walk). Our 1800 square foot, three bedroom, three full bathroom home, with 16 foot vaulted ceilings, sleeps seven people comfortably. Our home is light & bright, beautifully furnished, with an elegant master suite.
Additional features include boot warmers, gas fireplace, leather sectional, chair w/Ottoman, 40 inch LCD television in living room, Bose sound system, and complimentary Wi-Fi high speed internet service.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with Italian cookware, Henckel knives, digital coffee maker, Panasonic stainless steel microwave, crock pot, etc.
Linens, luggage racks & humidifiers are also provided for your use.
Our Master Suite has a king-size bed with a mattress set similar to those used at the "Four Seasons" resorts. This suite also includes a 32 inch LCD television with DVD player,a Boston acoustics alarm clock radio & a telephone. The walk-in closet provides ample space for your winter wardrobe.
Our second bedroom is a ground floor, corner suite, with lots of windows, a high quality queen mattress set & a Nature Sound clock radio. This room has brand new carpet with an upgraded pad, and new solid wood closet doors, and a 23 inch LCD Television
Our third suite is great for children with a twin over full bunk bed, capable of sleeping three.
Full health club facility & fabulous restaurant & bar (Big Horn Bistro) is directly across the street. Please inquire about discounted access rates available at the club.
Restrictions: Due to allergies, we have a no pet and no smoking policy.
****Note:
We're really excited about all of our upgrades, and know that you will love it as well! The 1st floor carpeting has been replaced with beautiful heated, wide plank Hickory floors. The kitchen has received a complete face lift, with a SubZero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, gas cook top, AND granite slab counters! In addition, the washer & dryer have been replaced with new front loaders, AND the hollow doors have been replaced with solid wood! Pendulum lights over the bar have beeen installed, as well as the new window treatments. All of the bathrooms have been remodeled with new tile work in the showers, heated floors, as well as new cabinets & fixtures. All of the bedroom carpeting has been replaced with new carpets & upgraded pads. The window treatments throughout our home have also been replaced with upgraded treatments. It's ALL GOOD!!!

You’ll love the brand-new EVERYTHING in this Vail townhome - this bear and VRBO friends sure did! When the owner renovated, they chose high-end, top quality kitchen appliances (we love the huge fridge!), wood flooring, countertops, tile, furniture, new flat screens TVs, etc. Even the cookware is top of the line.
We found this great Vail townhome to be warm and inviting, with the furnishings of mountain-casual décor. The master suite was resort quality, with premier bedding and an extra-comfortable mattress.
We awoke to the beautiful golden aspens out our window. The townhouse is ideally situated in a quiet area of East Vail, yet conveniently located to freeway (I-70) access. Just across the street is the Vail Racquet Club, where we enjoyed our morning latte at Wendy’s Alpine Coffee Shop. The free Vail transportation is just steps from the Mountain Meadow Townhomes and just a few-minutes ride to the ski lifts. In Vail you’ll find world-class restaurants, entertainment and plenty to do each season of the year.

Why the Owner Chose Mountain Meadows
We first came to Vail in the year 2000 and fell in love with the area. We purchased our first condominium that year & have been coming every year since for the awesome skiing and summer activities. In 2005 we were fortunate to be in the right place & time, to purchase our current townhome, at Mountain Meadows. It's a nice quite area in East Vail with a only a few steps from the free Vail bus stop. It's also close to an athletic club, a neighborhood park, and many of the area hiking & bike trails.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Our property was completely remodeled to accommodate all the comforts we've come to enjoy. A complete kitchen, quality furniture, and all the amenities of home: flat screen tv's, stereo system, DVD's, wi-fi internet, etc. During the winter, it's all about the skiing and dining at Vail's fine restaurants. In the summer, hiking, Vails farmers market, concerts, biking, sunning at poolside at the athletic club, evening walks in the neighborhood, and of course BBQ's and dining at Vails restaurants!
With the bus system and bike / walking trails we have the option of parking the car & not using it until it's time to leave!

This is an absolutely beautiful property, warm, comfortable, perfectly appointed. It is conveniently close to the Vail shuttle and across the street from the Vail Racquet Club. We have stayed in many homes and condos in Aspen, Snowmass & Utah, and this was the best of all.
