I posted several recent photos so you can see the stunning amenities at my home on Maui. I designed and built the condo as my home...versus a traditional 'rental'. Many of my guests are repeat stays and enjoy my place as their own year after year. Hardwood floors throughout the unit adds to the local Hawaiian Theme, along with all vintage or original art work from my travels around the Hawaiian Islands. It’s a personal oasis for me and I hope you have the opportunity to enjoy it just as much as I do.

Why the Owner Chose Menehune Shores
Menehune Shores is an amazing complex. It is the only direct Ocean Front complex in the area, as all others were built several hundred feet away from the water. The direct ocean views alone make this an ideal place to stay. Being at the northern end of Kihei you are away from the hustle and bustle of the busier areas of our little town.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I designed and built the condo as a home versus a traditional 'rental'. Most of my guests are repeat stays, as they too enjoy coming back 'home' year after year. There is nothing better than relaxing at home and looking at the ocean and feeling totally at piece with the world around you.

David, We wanted to thank you again for the use of your place. We loved it. Anyway we drove every where and really saw the island. We can understand why you love it there. Fireworks on New Years Eve was great. Your place should keep the roof open longer that night as it would have been a great viewing spot for people who were hanging out at the complex. Grand Wilea did a nice job off a barge in front of their pace. Happy New year and thanks again Kathleen and Rich
