Looking out the main level to the Marina - Grand Lake Lodging Luxury LakeFront three bedroom, two and a half bath condominium at Beacon Landing Marina. The unit offers three levels with all overlooking Lake Granby. The top level is a private master bedroom (king bed) with a fireplace and oversize Whirlpool bathtub. The second level is the kitchen, dining area, living area with Tv, DVD, CD player, surround sound system and gas grill on the deck. The first level has two private bedrooms (queen beds) with a full bath. Lake Granby offers excellent Trout fishing and Beacon landing has a full tackle shop with boat rental, slip rental, and guided fishing trips. We are located 10 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. The park has abundant wildlife viewing that includes Elk, Deer, Mountain Goats and the occasional Mountain Lion or Bear. There is a wide variety of hiking trails in the park. Fall is a excellent time to see the Elk and fall colors as there are fewer people in the park after Labor Day.

Spring & Fall ................ $225/night.
Holiday rate ................. $265/night for the weeks of Thanksgiving,
Christmas, & New Years.
