Park Avenue is located right in the heart of Park City. This great condominium can be combined with the unit upstairs (vrbo#75315)for family get-togethers or larger parties. This unit has been totally remodeled. All new kitchen, bath with walk in shower, lighting, floors, gas fireplace and more. Decorated in rich warm colors to make you feel at home and cozy. During the winter you can get cozy by the gas fireplace, and sip on the complementary coffee or hot chocolate provided. In the summer sit outside on one of the porches and enjoy the fresh air. Park Avenue has a bus stop at each entrance for easy travel around Park City. If you have a car you can park it in the covered parking.
This unit has one queen bed and a fold-out sofa. New bedding and pillows. Spend some time in the pool and hot tub. Check out our unit # 75315 on VRBO if you need more room. This unit is approximately two blocks to the Park City Resort lifts. It is about a ten-minute walk to Main Street. Take a few steps to Albertsons, Starbucks, Burger King, bank, theaters and great restaurants. Conveniently located out the back door are two sport shops for ski and bike rentals. What more can I say? It is perfect.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation: Full refund, less $100 handling fee upon 60 days notice prior to arrival date. . If cancellation occurs within the 45 day of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Fantastic Visit for the 4th of July!

My family and I just returned from a 3 night stay at this beautiful home away from home. The pictures and descriptions are 100% accurate, and dealing with Mitzi to book the condo simply could not have been easier. The condo was very well appointed - we had everything we needed. We were surprised at the washer and dryer - which came in very handy having two little boys with us. Our boys had a great time in the swimming pool, we enjoyed the hot tub, we especially loved the close proximity to the grocery store and both main bus stops. We loved being able to park the car and walk/ride the bus everywhere we wanted to go. As far as recommendations for things to do, the one thing we did this trip was to drive up and spend the day in the Wasatch National Forest. It's a short drive out of town through Kamas, and a $6 entry fee per vehicle. We packed a picnic and had a great day spotting wildlife, hiking around, playing in the Provo River, admiring the falls, and - we were even able to build a tiny snow man up at Bald Mountain Pass and do a little rock scrambling. The rest of the time was spent at various festivities in Park City in honor of KCPW's 30th anniversary and the 4th of July. We had a little too much to do! We left wore out! We are hoping to squeeze in one more trip this summer, and will definitely be back next year. For us, the location for the 4th of July - being able to walk a few blocks to watch the parade, walk 20 feet out of the condo back door to see the awesome Park City Mountain Resort fireworks (which blew The Canyon's show - the night before - out of the water!) was the best - we are seriously considering booking this exact condo for next 4th of July. We had the honor of visiting Olymic Park with a local friend whose 4 children do free form skiing. We happend to attened the Aiereal Skiers who put on a show. The kids are practicing for the Feb Olympics in Italy. They were awesome to watch. We look forward to returning to Park City to relax again soon. T & C

Your lovely condo is warm and inviting. My husband and I enjoyedsome R and R here this week, very comfortable. Our family gathered here in the Park City areafor our grandsons highschool graduation and a daughters wedding, both last week. A truely exciting time. Were very happy to hear your dad is still with you and creating these memories. Very Lucky! Your condo is adorable, very nice and homey. This is our first time in Park City. We will be back.
