You can see the birds feeding, squirrels, ducks, geese, and even turtles come upon the lawn. It comes equipped with a propane gas Barbeque, excellent for outdoor cooking. Any fisherman will be happy to have access to the private fishing dock, right on property. Launching pad about one mile away.
