Kathy, We would like to express our sincere thank you for such an enjoyable visit at your condo The Beach House. We loved the decor, the efficient layout plus the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the condo's proximity to the beach and the pool and our 3 yr old was never without anything to do. My mother and her best friend both said it was the best vacation they ever had, and they travel quite a bit. Having Bailey's General store just up the road was so convenient so we could cook pretty much everything from fresh. In short, we immediately felt at home there and it was very difficult to leave. We had a great time on vacation and your condo was great! I loved the location and the beachfront was a bonus. The extra den was nice too, gave the kids a little space of their own. I did add to your bucket and shovel collection. I had forgotten that you had some and I bought some more that we were not about to lug home on the trip. Will think about Sanibel for next year. My boys (5 and 3) said they wanted to stay for the winter! Thanks again, Nancy

Cathy, Our main priorities these days are view and bed comfort. Each was excellent. We really liked the community design, activities and maintenance. We appreciate being able to use your umbrella and chairs for beach time. The weather forecast was the same every day, mid-90s and chance of afternoon thunderstorms, which happened about every other day. We planned morning activities and did many things. We went kayaking and took an evening cruise at Ding Darling/Tarpon Bay. We went shelling often at Sanibel and Captiva. We followed your recommendation for dinner at Timbers and found the quality/price ratio very good. We also ate at the Italian restaurant near by, which was also very good, but more expensive. I think the name is El Tessaro. We tried lunch on the water at Thistle as you suggested. The island is beautiful and Pointe Santo is one of the nicest places at Sanibel. And your place has a great location and view. We are grateful that we could stay at your beach home and hope to return someday.

Cathy- I am glad you contacted me, bc I was going to email you and let you know that your condo was wonderful. It is decorated very nice and is very well--equipped with everything we needed. We especially liked having the extra beach towels, chairs, sand toys etc. We went with my family - who had 3 other condos in the same complex and they were all very nice, but everyone agreed that yours was the nicest. We had a great time during our stay in Sanibel. This unit is beautifully decorated and furnished and extremely comfortable. There is plenty of room to spread out, so you never feel crowded or in someone's way. I would highly recommend this unit and can't wait to return.

This is by far the best unit we have stayed in on Sanibel! Our two week visit in December was wonderful. This unit is beautifully decorated, quiet, comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. Sunrises and sunsets from this view are unsurpassed. This will most definitely be our rental of choice next year. Highly recommended.
