  • Just got back from staying at this apt from 4/30/09 - 5/7/09. 5 of us (family members - none married) stayed at this apt comfortably. We all LOVED it - one of the highlights of our trip! Went to the market and cooked dinner with fresh ingredients! Great restaurants and food shops nearby at the market of Rue Cler. Ferida was great to work with - very quick to respond via email - and a joy to meet! I would definately stay at this apt again and hope to do so one day! Thank you Ferida! A bientot!

  • We were there for our spring break. What a lovely place to stay while visiting Paris for the first time. It was adorable, with nice view of the street, around the corner from nice restaurants, fruit & vegetable stands, and shops. Would definitely stay again. Wish I could've stayed longer.

  • My daughter and her two boys and I just returned from 5 days in this lovely apartment. It was just perfect - charming and so attractive. The location is superb. We would stay here again anytime! Ferida is a lovely hostess and a good communicator. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to return again!!!

  • My family and I stayed in Grenelle for two weeks last summer. This is our third rental in Paris and the first one that felt to us like home. We will definitely return to this apartment. It is beautifully furnished; not only is it a joy to look at, but a comfortable place to relax and sleep. The location is outstanding. The owner, Ferida Wagner, is a gracious woman who was a joy to rent from. Thank you, Ferida, for making your beautiful apartment available to us!

  • The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Clean, easily accessible, and centrally located. Being steps from the rue Cler is a real advantage, because you can shop for fresh fruits, vegetables, etc. on your first day and stock up without having to walk far at all. Also, we left 2 items of clothing in the apartment, and Ferida was so kind in finding them and returning them to us. We really appreciated that! Thank you for a great stay.

  • we fell in love with this apartment - its outlay, its comfort, its immediate surroundings (next to the Cler market atmosphere) and, in addition, a pleasant and friendly landlady! This is our second year in rue grenelle, each visit for a whole month and we hope to come back next year. Thank you Ferida!

  • We loved the "flat" we rented on Rue de Grennelle. We were there for 6 days in August, and would recommend it to anyone. The location is perfect. I would go and get pastry items every morning at the patisserie and bring them home with with whatever items i found at the local GREAT market right out the door! We ate at many restaurants not more than a few blocks away, then would walk over the to Eiffel Tower EVERY night with a blanket and sit and watch the light show. My two girls felt very comfortable there, and I felt like it gave them a real taste of Paris, versus staying in a hotel. Olive met us as planned and orientated us to the apartment. (Very nice) My only regret was that we didn't get to meet Ferida. Maybe next time!!

  • Well, I must say this is the most wonderful apartment. The location is perfect, the furnishings beautiful and it is as clean as a pin. We had the best time and did not want to leave this wonderful apartment. Ferida is a perfect hostess and really takes care of her guests. I would recommend this to anyone.

  • Let me add my comments to the other list of positive responses. We spent a week at Grenelle and enjoyed every aspect. The appartment is nicely furnished The location is close to shopping, near the subway, and just a short stroll to the Eifel Tower. Finding a place to stay on the other side of the ocean is a daunting task. We were very lucky to find such a fine place and such an accomodating host to rent from.

  • Just returned from a wonderful trip to Paris! I feel the main reason we had such a lovely experience was because of the ambiance and location of the Grenelle apartment. I will definitely rent this apartment again when I return and recommend it to any visitors to Paris.
