Jim's L-202 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath / with private enclosed garage with over head electronic door and private entrance, is located in the Destin West Beach and Bay Resort. The Resort is located on magnificent Okaloosa Island in the Northwest Florida Panhandle. Here, you have the best of both worlds.
Destin West Bayside condos have direct views of the Choctawatchee Bay & Inter-Coastal waterway. Our condo is on the Lanai level (first floor) giving the advantage of having a large deck & fenced garden with a private jetted tub and gas grill.
The deck overlooks a beautiful oasis containing an optic lighted 710 feet Lazy river, four pools (one heated with waterfalls, two large hot tubs, tables with umbrellas and large area to sunbathe. The Destin west Bayside Oasis of Pools received the Grand International Award of excellence for design and construction for the 2005 contest.
An elevated bridge (walk over) connects the bay side with the Gulf side for easy access. The beautiful Emerald Coast Gulf side has four miles of private beach, a large children's water garden, another large Gulf-side pool, showers, restrooms, beach chairs & umbrellas and much more.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, TV and private bath which has a separate shower, garden tub and large marble vanity & walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, TV & bath. the third bedroom has bunk beds with closet. There is also a Queen size sofa sleeper in the den.
