This is a fully furnished, immaculate three bedroom townhome. We use it for our personal holidays and keep it to an extremely high standard. The unit overlooks Lake Padre where the big boats from the new opening of the Packery Channel will be kept.
The property has an enormous pool and deck area shared by only 10 townhomes total. This is beach living at its best. You are a five minute stroll to the boardwalk or beach. This unit has been fully furnished for the luxury renter who values quality and cleanliness as well as an appreciation for finer accommodation. The master bedroom has a King and the two guest rooms have Queens. The master bedroom balcony overlooks Lake Padre and the two guest balconies overlook the spacious pool area. The property is adjacent to Lake Padre public access seawall where you could bring your watercraft.

Our extended family stayed in this unit for a week while we were in Corpus celebrating our daughter's graduation from flight school. The unit was clean, comfortable and very well decorated. We had all the amenities of home in a convenient location, close to base and to the beach. Communication with the owner was seamless and fast. The unit exceeded our expectations. We have recommended it to others.

My husband and I with our 2 sons and families stayed in this wonderful condo for a week while we celebrated great grandparents 60th aniversary. The condo and patio was great and accommodated a couple of dinners with all 16 of our family. The pool was wonderful and the neighbors who live in the complete are great. We sure hope we can all return there some day. Our thanks to Scott for all his help

We have three couples in the unit during the week of June 19th and everyone had a great time. The unit was clean and very nice. The neighbors were also very friendly. When we come back to Corpus Christi, we would like to stay there again.
