Six Tv's, Four with DVD Players, Surround Sound Stereo System, Outside Dining and Lounging Area Both up and Downstairs. This Home is Privately Owned and Kept.
Kitchen/Dining: the Fully Equipped Kitchen Offers Awesome Hand-Crafted Maple Cabinetry. Totally Furnished with Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Dishwasher, Stove with Warming Burner and Warming Drawer and Microwave Above the Stove. Plates, Cookware, Silverware and Small Appliances Included. There is a Stackable Washer/Dryer Located at the End of the Hallway. The Upstairs Deck Includes a Dining Area Along with a Lounging Area Including a TV Mounted in the Vault of the Ceiling for Outside Enjoyment. A Lounging Area with a TV is Also Provided Downstairs.
Beds/Baths: Sleeps Seven People. Two Bedrooms with Queen Beds, One Bedroom with Futon Bunk Bed
(Bottom Bunk Unfolds to a Full with a Twin on Top ). Hall Bath Has Shower with Glass Doors, Master Bath Has Tub/Shower Combination. A Fully Enclosed Shower with Hot and Cold Water is Located on the Lower Level.
Six Televisions Are Located Throughout the Home. Tv's in Living Room and All Three Bedrooms Are Equipped with a DVD Player. All Tv's Have Basic Cable. Surround Sound Stereo System Located in Living Room with Additional Speakers on Upper Deck.
Location: Great Location on Dead End Street, Perfect for Small Children Riding Bicycles, Playing Ball, Skateboarding, Etc.
Cleaning: Cleaning Products Including Vacuum Are Provided for You to Clean at Your Departure. In the Event the Unit Has Not Been Cleaned, a Portion of Your Deposit Will Be Withheld to Pay for a Cleaning Service.
You Must Bring: Your Own Linens ( Sheets, Towels, Etc.) Bath Soaps, Detergents and Paper Products Including Paper Towels and Toilet Paper.
All Guests Must Register with Ocean Lakes Upon Arrival and Obtain a Parking Pass.
Sorry: We Do Not Allow Any Pets in Our Home. No Smoking Inside the Home. A Sand Butt Bucket is Provided Outside on the Upper and Lower Deck
You Must be at least 25 years old to rent our house and remain at the house throughout the entire rental period.

*Off Season requires a 2 night minimum stay, except Holidays.
$200 Security Deposit required for booking.
Rent must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.

*Based on age of children Golf cart MAY be available for additional $200.00
