Not Your Average Beach House.Located on site #V6 Home Built By a Custom Builder in the Myrtle Beach Area. Completed in January 2006, Professionally Decorated and Furnished with Your Total Family Enjoyment in Mind.Outside Dining and Lounging Area Both up and Downstairs. This Home is Privately Owned and Kept.
Kitchen/Dining: the Fully Equipped Kitchen Offers Awesome Hand-Crafted Maple Cabinetry. Totally Furnished with Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Dishwasher, Stove with Warming Burner and Warming Drawer and Microwave Above the Stove. Plates, Cookware, Silverware and Small Appliances Included. There is a Stackable Washer/Dryer Located at the End of the Hallway. The Upstairs Deck Includes a Dining Table for outside dinners along with Rocking Chairs.
Beds/Baths: Sleeps Seven People. Two Bedrooms with Queen Beds, One Bedroom with Futon Bunk Bed
(Bottom Bunk Unfolds to a Full with a Twin on Top ). Hall Bath Has Shower with Glass Doors, Master Bath Has Tub/Shower Combination. A Fully Enclosed Shower with Hot and Cold Water is Located on the Lower Level.
**** IMPORTANT NOTICE **** Reservations are taken on a FIRST come basis. PLEASE Email me your request so I will have a date/time stamp. I do not block the dates until the contract is returned with the deposit!
Televisions Are Located Throughout the Home, All Tv's Have Basic Cable.
Location: Great Location on Dead End Street, Perfect for Small Children Riding Bicycles, Playing Ball, Skateboarding, Etc.
Cleaning: To insure the house is in pristine condition there is a $125.00 cleaning fee. House will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival!
You Must Bring: Your Own Linens ( Sheets, Towels, Etc.) Bath Soaps, Detergents and Paper Products Including Paper Towels and Toilet Paper.
All Guests Must Register with Ocean Lakes Upon Arrival and Obtain a Parking Pass.
Sorry: We Do Not Allow Any Pets in Our Home. No Smoking Inside the Home.
You Must be at least 25 years old to rent our house and remain at the house throughout the entire rental period.

We had the best vacation!!..Thanks Jill and Frank for giving us the opportunity to rent your home.The house was just beautiful and loved the way it was decorated.We really enjoyed the deck with the rocking chairs.The golf cart was so nice to have.We drove it everywhere we had to go.Hope we can come back our next trip.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family and I stayed in this home last week and we had the most wonderful vacation ever. The house is beautifully decorated and located in an awesome area.. I really was digging the pink thing going on. :) I would advise anyone wanting a great vacation home to rent this house. We will definitely stay there again next year. Tickled PINK is the perfect name for this home. We recently stayed here and my family was thrilled (tickled pink) with the experience! The house was decorated beautifully with very nice furnishings throughout. We have 8 year old twins and they had a blast as well. They spent the entire time riding bikes, throwing football, and playing outside while we watched them from the spacious upper deck. This house is perfect for a family getaway where you will not have to worry about heavy traffic or your familys safety. The campground is well equipped and the rules are strictly enforced.
