Lovely home high on a hill in seaside Madison 90 minutes from NYC.
Excellent location; a few blocks from village, train station and beach. We have 4 town-owned beaches including the Surf Club which has many amenities. Also, Hammonnassett (Ct's largest beach)is
1 1/2 miles away. Home has in-ground swimming pool, yard, perennial gardens and all other desirable amenities.
We are now offering our adorable 1 bedroom cottage to renters of the main house ONLY for an additional $1,650. (for the 2 week minimum).
This home always books up very quickly and we have a two week minimum (although we prefer longer stays) so if you are interested in particular dates, please call right away. Thanks!
